Anyone know how they check to see if the PS2 works? I've got one sittin around that only reads CDs and not DVDs... Not very useful - only can play PS1 games or early (ie: crappy) PS2 games. I'd go for this deal with that piece of junk...

EA Sports is already doing this on the 360. NBA Live 07 has an ESPN mode that streams ESPN Radio through the internet - within the game. And, as you're setting up the game, the sports scores are shown in a ticker at the bottom.

So, where the hell can I get another Wiimote or two? I've been trying all the stores around here and checking online daily... Even went to the source - nintendo.com - and ordered a set. The nunchuck came in two days, and the wiimote is backordered. GRRRRRRRRRRR Oh, and I'm not paying $70...

My local TRU had 90! systems that were all sold out before the store opened. I got there at 10, and the place was deserted... I'll wait til after Christmas as well... After all, I got Gears of War to finish!

I checked out Overstock's 2 year warranty which didn't impress me. I'm on my 3rd 360 system. And, so far I haven't paid for any repairs. I did buy a 1 year warranty from Microsoft for $25 or so. Just another option... I'm assuming the overstock warranty is a pain. They're not going to...

I second the use of the blow dryer. I also use some tweezers to grab the sticker. Then, if there is any residue left, I use a gel-based Goo Gone The Goof Off is the one that eats through a lot of stuff. The gel stuff seems to be better suited for cardboard.
