Ended up using my 20% off on Persona 4 Golden and Civ Rev 2 Plus for my newly purchased VIta. Came out to around $10.40.

I believe so, it counts at something you buy on the Playstation Network (at least I hope so). I did that and preordered Burnout Paradise Remastered while using my $10 PSN credit from Sony Rewards, so still need to spend $10.02.

Bought one for store pickup (and used a $5 reward and $10 gift card), but after reading the reviews and seeing gameplay for it i'm not sure if i'll even bother picking it up now.

The Walmart in Bowie, MD had a few copies of XCOM 2 for both PS4 and XB1 for $15. Also had a few of the PDP PS4 media remotes for $15 also. End up picking up one of the remotes and a PS4 XCOM.
