If you have a store near you with good customer service and can find a store with a game you want not in your district, they can have the game transferred. Got phantasy star portable 2 and jewel summoner that way. Sadly, I live overseas and can't take advantage of the sale.

You can always back up your games using content manager via your wifi or USB connection from vita to PC. If you must have all at one time, go big. However, a little patience can go a long way.

Picked up a vita, carry case, 8gb card, imports of Senra Kagura, Akiba strip 2(same version as new us release), then US versions of gravity rush, ffx/x2, demon gaze, sorcery saga, dangan ronpa 1 and 2, and freedom wars all mint for $200.

It is $39.99 on PS store.  So yes, definitely a good price.  I am hoping it drops some more.

At Walmart yesterday and noticed they had Toukiden for $20 new.  It didn't have any special stickers, so I don't think that this is YMMV.  This is definitely the cheapest I have seen it anywhere.  Happy shopping!
