This might sound stupid, but the amazon 20 dollar credit on RDR is good on anything at amazon, correct? Previous times I've gotten credits they were for games only it seemed.

So, the consumerist and a number of other sites carried the story before, has anyone reminded them and showed them this update thread? At this point there is zero "reasonable explanation" for what they're doing.

It was clear from that post too that they're doing *something* to go after the people who they think are, what, defaming them? Emailing the consumerist? Sure, go after people for making a complaint with the BBB, and emailing journalists. That'll help. I'm done with this group, and it's sad...
