It's looking to me like no retailer is getting this today, at the very least.

I had an oleiva 32" and hated it. The design sucks, the menus are HORRIBLE, and the HDMI didn't work! Imagine if I hadn't bought an elite 360 when I did... the warranty would have run out without me knowing about this problem and I would have found myself with an HDTV with extremely gimped HD...

Most my friends play video games, but arent the type who will get hyped over something new, in part also because we are poor college kids. I share deals on a small scale, if there's a killer deal, etc., but I wont try to spread the word on a large scale, such as telling other forums...

Used is the best bet. I bought my 2nd one this way. Usually places like blockbuster will have a decent amount to choose from, so turn them on and check for scratches / dead pixels.

As far as game value, strikers is as good as any other 50$ game that's out now... If you want the 50$ for drugs or sex, thats a different matter entirely.

It's annoying for sure, especially when you aren't in the mood for Chinese food, but its nothing compared to France back when I used to visit: Every single Sunday looks like Christmas, every single shop is closed, even some gas stations. The only exception is that there's a Sunday (flea?) market.
