Just called the standard Xbox support number (800-469-9269), filed a report, waited about 20 days. Better than the 25 days they originally quoted.

I got my account back along with all the points right before Thanksgiving, I never had to call any specials numbers. The extra achievements are still there but thats no big deal.

I just got my zune back, looks like they gave me a refurb instead of fixing mine, which works for me because the one I got is flawless whereas mine has a small scratch on the screen.

I enjoyed the game. I just have one more level to get 100% on then I need to figure out the meal time achievement. I never found myself wanting more story, not saying it would be a bad thing, just wouldn't really add much.

Wow, I just stumbled upon this title and it is a good game, but when you factor in that it is only $5, I would say it is a GREAT game. My only complaint is that Community games don't show up on my quick launch... WHY?

The online multiplayer for Xbox Live always sucked, it just moves too fast to play over the internet.

It looks like for $15 you get a complete game. The Holiday pack is a separate download but it is free. It took kind of a while to download/install, but I got to play it enough to get 6 trophies.
