Looks like a universal drop. Gamestop, TRU, and Newegg have dropped the price to $30 as well (actually, Newegg has it for $27.99 with free ship). I'm going to wait for for $20, but I'm glad to see it's getting closer to my price point.

I ordered mine a month or so ago and it came like yours. Crappy shrink wrap and a strange case (locking case or whatever they call it). Others earlier in the thread reported the same thing. That said, for the price I'm okay with it. And the disc looks perfect.
