great game. . . Until the end
Well I just got to the point were you go to Mako for the first time, I am just finishing things up in Upper Seattle.

the only major gripe I have with it aside from the end is that the loading times could have been dealt with better

and Smackdown vs. RAW is better than I thought it would be. My friend is going to unlock Bret Hart this weekend. Can't wait to hear that intro!!!

I'm deciding what to play next. I'm stuck between starting something new or finishing something I already started. Of these 5 which would be the quickest to finish: Luigi's Mansion, Zone of the Enders, Magic Pengel, Ico, or BloodRayne?

Luigi's Mansion is short, and it is halfway decent.

ZOE is not all that long (I think I am near the end) and is pretty fun

And the occasional glitch where you get stuck in a sofa. But hey, What can ya do? Shit happens, ya know?

And dcfox, Bloodrayne don't take that long to beat. I would go with that.

ZOE only took me like 3 hours... what the crap do you guys consider not long?

Bloodrayne isn't worth the time it takes to complete.

My other choice is to not play games at all and just hang out here at CAG

And speaking of Deus Ex: IW, one of the bigger problems I had with it was that there was no real way to permanently learn enhancements. Its like I would gain the invisibility enhancement but then I would have to get rid of it to learn how to hack. Very annoying :?

I went to a local used book sale today and I picked up 10 books for only $11. Among the list of titles was the Foundation Trilogy, along with the fifth foundation book (sadly the fourth one was no where to be found). I also saw a hard cover copy of the Dead Zone, and for only $2 I figured why not buy it.

I actually found my local Goodwill has an amazing selection on used books. In fact, they've got softcovers as low as a quarter, etc. I picked up a load of books a couple weeks ago for $25.

Unfortunately I haven't seen any good game deals like I used to last year and such.

go foundation trilogy I got the hardback of the first 3 for like 5.

I bought Jurassic Park, Airframe and a couple other good books at the Salvation Army for like 10 cents a piece, I love to read before I go to bed.

On a semi-related note, has anyone read Spiral? The sequel to Ring? I've been wanting it since it came out but I hear it isn't so hot.

I think I am going to stop by the Salvation Army on the way home from school tomorrow.

My mom works up and Goodwill and I try to get her to keep me up on what all games they get (still praying for a Neo Geo to be found)
I need money. Bad. I want to buy the Ultimate Matrix Colleciton, but need a ton of money for it.
Well I will now take the time to express what I dissapointment I found the second and third parts to be ](*,) That is for me watching the second one and :fridge: is for me expecting the third to be any better.

When I saw it I knew I had to have it. I read I, Robot this summer, and it was one of the best books Ive ever read. I just hope the Foundation books are just as good.
Sadly, my copy of the trilogy is soft cover, but it was only a dollar, so Im happy with it.

I liked the second, but not the third. The reason I want it is because it is the 10 disc special edition with all 3 movies, the Animatrix, The Matrix Revisited, 35 hours of extras, A Neo bust, and an 80 page booklet. Now I just need $130.

Second and third part? I don't recall their being sequals to the matrix
*living in denial* :(

:puke: That's what I think about all these speical editions people keep putting out

The I robot series is a bunch of short stories and not all of them are actually in I robot and then later it turns into the robot series of: Caves of Steel, Robots of dawn and 2 more which follow the distant ancestors of the US robotics corporation. The first few Foundation Trilogy books are good but after the 3 or 4th they seem to loose steam.
Whats the point of having all those extras if the movies suck?
I liked the first 2, and I have never seen the Animatrix. I am a Matrix fanboy, I geuss. I just wasn't pleased with the third one. I thuoght it blew chunks, to be frank. But the first 2 were damn good movies.

Well lets see the animatrix was on cartoon network last saturday if you have cable and I've seen it its good but not worth buying it since its the kinda thing that's only good once. And I don't think those DVD's even with the bonuses justifies $110. At the very least wait until it hits ebay as used and you can get it at a discount.

The animatrix is decent, I actually bought it, but it was only like $8 dollars and I would never watch it again.

Wow I didn't know it ws on Cartoon Network. If I had known, I would have watched it.

see that's what I'm talking about its good once but I tried watching it again and it just didn't fly.

I really liked it and saw it both times that it's been on. I'd definitely watch it again.
Hmm. That's good to know then.

Man Mountain Dew Pitch black is good. I could live off that if I could.
Original Mountain Dew and Code Red, beat it hands down.
Quick question, how do you catch the baby ghost in Luigi's Mansion?
You suck up those bouncy balls and shoot it back at him.
This game is quickly becoming my least favorite Nintendo game :( The controls are just horrible.
I loved the game. Controls were easy to get used to. The only drawback was that it was short.

I thought the controls were awkward, especially having to pull back on the c stick to suck the ghosts up. But then again I just started, so maybe I'll eventually get used to it. But I kinda expected it to be like Mario Sunshine, so that might also be the problem.
I'm going to try WSB's method of drawing an avatar- drawing it, inking it, and scanning it.

This is what I came up with in about 5 minutes. I didn't add folds or shade, because I'm going to touch it up on the computer.
