Walked into Best Buy (West Covina, CA) and saw fliers for the deal, discount taken at the register, said "not available at all Best Buy locations".

It really depends on your cashier. Last week I debated that Aqua Teen Hunger Force was a box set and after much deliberation, they gave it to me. So I guess it really is YMMV.
