Good job Philly get the lead back before half time.

If only you would have saved that touchdown you could have taken 2 or 3 shots into the endzone before calling the TO and sending the FG unit on.

Philly D is solid right now and so is the G-men but Eli seems to be playing slightly worst than McNabb so I think that is the game breaker.

Pam Olivier?

"At lot of gaints tricked into the locker saying "Lets Go and Get This puppy stared."

Yeah...I am sure NFL players say puppy a lot.

Jesus this post season has been brutal in regards to injuries.

Yet, another one.

MUAHAHAHAH, looks like there is going to be a kicker losing his job in this off season.

Wow, what the fuck is that? He's got his hand all over the receiver, but because the NY coach bitches they recall the penalty?

That's kind of ridiculous that they let that shit influence their decisions.

See this is what I dont understand, why can you challenge a spot on the field but you cant challenge something like Pass interference or delay of game.

If you can look at the spot of the ball, you should easily be able to look if there was a delay of game or if a DB pushed or hit a WR for pass interference.

Yeah, I also don't understand what makes a play/ruling challengable (I don't think that's a word) or not. It seems so arbitrary.

Good lord, the road to the Super Bowl goes through Arizona.

EDIT: Eagles should go for it here

EDIT 2: Okay, they didn't, but what could the Giants do with 95+ yards to go with 1 timeout?

Wow eli can't hit the broad side of a bar today. His recievers have been open all day.

The giants are rueing the day with all these missed opportunities. It kills games and it will kill them.

The rule is that you can't challenge penalties.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NFL_Instant_Replay_System

The NFL replay system currently only covers the following situations:

 • Scoring plays
 • Pass complete/incomplete/intercepted
 • Runner/receiver out of bounds
 • Recovery of a loose ball in or out of bounds
 • Touching of a forward pass, either by an ineligible receiver or a defensive player
 • Quarterback pass or fumble
 • Illegal forward pass
 • Forward or backward pass
 • Runner ruled not down by contact
 • Forward progress in regard to a first down
 • Touching of a kick
 • Other plays involving placement of the football
 • Whether a legal number of players is on the field at the time of the snap

Thank you Eagles.. Now Lets go Cards!!

On a strange note. 3 out of 4 teams that play next week will have birds as logos. (cards, eagles, and ravens)

I actually agree with you Kingbroly, go for it waste 8 more seconds make sure you dont turn it over and let the G-men go 95 yards.

WOW ELI THROWS AN INT!

Wait, Wait, Wait, So where the fuck are those people who came into this thread saying basically that Eli is a Hall of Fame QB? Eli showed exactly what he is before he rode his defense to a superbowl. He is a average QB that hope to god his defense and WR can make amazing plays to bail him out.

Now that I think about it he reminds me greatly of Dante Culpepper and how Randy Moss made him look amazing all the time. Without Plex making crazy amounts of plays Eli seems lost.

EDIT: HE ALMOST THREW ANOTHER ONE!

And another top seed goes down!

Hopefully the Steelers (my most hated team) go down in the late game and we have a weekend of all upsets!

I strangely agree with you soodmeg about Eli. :D

I hope so as well.

So...last weekend everyone was picking all 4 Away teams. This week, everyone was picking all the Home teams. 2-2 for Home teams last week, 0-3 for Home teams this week, with the possibility of going 0-4.

Also Frisky, you can challenge certain penalties such as pass interference plays and running into the kicker indirectly by challenging if the ball was tipped or not. And you can also challenge 12 men on the field, to see if it was called or not.

EDIT: L.O.L.

Eli Manning just isn't that good... when Plaxico was around, he had a good stretch during last year's playoffs, but now with mediocre receivers... he's just a very average quarterback.

MUAHAHAAHAHAHAHH

To to bad that ESPN wont be able to cradle the balls of the G-men anymore.

Next up is the Chargers to lose and for LDT to show how classy he is again.

Yeah, there are exceptions, but it's not a blanket thing that you can challenge penalties that did or didn't get called.

It'll be interesting to see how Arizona handles their second home playoff game in 60 years, at least Kurt Warner's been in Conference Championships before.
Do you REALLY want PHILLIP RIVERS to succeed? Really? He's the league's biggest dick. And yes, even more than TO. And yes, that's saying something.
I'd never heard of Rivers being a douche. How so?

Here's hoping for an Arizona vs. San Diego west coast super bowl... with Kurt Warner winning another ring and cementing his spot in Canton...

And to think, this game could be in Philly if McNabb knew that overtime could end in a tie and would have gotten close enough for a FG against Cincy. Reid should give McNabb some reading homework for the off-season, the NFL Rule Book.

I know what you are saying but I can understand. They change the damn rules every year I dont see how anyone can keep up with them.
The overtime rule has been the same for decades, no excuse not to know it.
Plus having a good knowledge of the current set of rules, adjusting to any changes would be fairly easy.

Once again, let me be the first to ask. Why does every LDT back up look better than LDT?

I have been saying that for years.

That was fast, Rivers with a long bomb to V. Jackson.
...San Diego Super Chargers, San Diego! Come on, everybody...

They will not be able to milk Derron Sproiles all day though.

WOW! HOLMES WITH THE TD!

Lets go chargers fall apart like you always do!

Yeah Sproles is fast...but there's no way they can rely on him to move the chains constantly... though he is doing a great job

Is it just me or are the Steelers getting away with some late hits on Sproles at the end of some of his runs? It seems like he's down and a second later someone else jumps in to take a free shot.
