So do you guys think that the guy who has the recording on the plane is the same guy who was doing that chick who had the floorplans to the gas plant? I forgot his name, the European guy who plays/played Desmond on Lost.
 
Bumping the topic back up but is there any video preview for this Monday's episode of "24." The RSS feed that I get my previews from still hasn't put it up yet which is very strange. Thanks in advance to whomever can help me out as I'm curious as to what I'm looking forward to this week. :D

There was a preview, dont have link to video but it was Jack hijacking the plane.
 
THE FOLLOWING TAKES PLACE BETWEEN 2 A.M. AND 3 A.M. Episode Spoiler

CTU closes in on Buchanan’s house so Bill sends Chloe to a local hotel down the street from his house. Karen wants to help out Bill and it’s decided that Bill will be arrested as a way for him to be quickly escorted back to CTU.

Homeland Security arrives at Bill’s house and they search the house. There’s no sign of Chloe and Bill is taken into custody and transported to CTU. Myles learns about this and he doesn’t understand why Karen wants Bill at CTU.

Chloe makes it to the hotel bar and she sets up her computer and she’s in contact with Karen. Chloe gets the passenger list and finds that there’s an air marshal on board. So Jack takes a seat next to him and quietly knocks him out to take him out of play.

Chloe finds a name on the passenger list that is linked to Omicron. Jack gets him to come to the back of the plane. Jack questions him and searches him, but he is clean and he’s not they guy.

Martha wants her medication but she is still being held in the room. She calls Novick and begs him to get her the medicine. Martha is worried about everything but she can’t come clean with Mike over the phone about Charles’ role. Mike goes to see Logan and asks if there is anything going on but Logan says nothing is going on but Mike knows something serious is going on behind closed doors.

The air marshal starts to wake up and they start to look for the person who assaulted him. The captain is notified about the air marshal being assaulted and they activate security measures locking the cockpit door. He decides to return to Van Nuys airport for an emergency landing.

The air marshal knows Jack and the passenger are in the baggage area and they start to de-pressurize it. Jack eventually gets out and he takes his gun out and has the entire plane held hostage.

At CTU, Karen talks with Bill. Miles doesn’t like what is going on and he calls Novick to complain about Karen's work. Novick doesn’t want to hear it and says Karen is in charge.

Chloe finds out that the co-pilot isn’t who was supposed to be on the plane and she discovers that he is a pilot for the Omicron Corporation. Jack must now race against the clock because unbeknownst to him, President Logan and the group of men from the previous episode are initiating plans to shoot down the airplane so Jack needs to get inside the locked cockpit doors and secure the recording before the plane gets taken down.
 
Awesome episode this week. Next week should be amazing especially with...

Logan giving the order to have the plane shot down. How will Jack survive this one.... tricky tricky tricky.
 
great episode last night, lots of former members of oz on the show...the guy hitting on chloe was a guard, and the air marshall was an inmate on the show.
 
THE FOLLOWING TAKES PLACE BETWEEN 3 A.M AND 4 A.M.

Entire Episode Spoiler:


Jack tells Karen that he has the recording and that he need Curtis and a team to protect him from Henderson’s men when he lands.

Curtis tells Audrey that her father is alive and he is expected to make it.

Graham and his men find a way to simulate a distress signal from the plane that requires an F-18 fighter jet to shoot the plane down. Logan gives the order.

The military calls Logan about the distress code. Logan acts surprised. Logan gives the approval for the plane to be shot down.

Jack gets a call from Karen saying the F-18 is on the way to shoot them down. Jack decides to take matters into his own hands. CTU begins to look for an open straight freeway to land on.

Chloe made her way back to CTU and is tracking the F-18 to see how much time Jack has. They intend to land on the 118 freeway.

They start to make the plane descend fast because the F-18 is closing in quickly. The military are now concerned because the plane is too low and they can't fire. Logan is pissed because he knew the missile was his last chance. The plane touches down and stops just in time.

Bierko wakes up and is being moved to district headquarters where he will be in a holding facility. Karen finally tells Miles what is going on, who thinks Karen is crazy and that they are putting their careers on the line for this recording.

On the drive to headquarters, Bierko nods his head at the driver.

Logan knows it’s only a matter of time before Jack gets the recording to CTU and takes out his gun. Graham agrees that its time for Logan to end this. Logan prepares to kill himself but his phone rings. It’s Miles who tells Logan he wants to help. Miles will do anything to advance his career.

At CTU Miles goes into the room where Chloe is working on the recording. He angles himself so Chloe can’t see what he is doing. Miles points a laser at the recording.

what a fucking weasle, I knew he was a putz, but I didn't think he had the balls to doing what he did at the end of the episode

reading the spoiler vs watching the episode are totally different for me. sometimes the spoilers leave out stuff. When i got my spoilers for the first episode, i didn't find out about when all of the "big" things that went that with prez, tony, and michelle.
 
Oh and I give total thanks to KMSP Fox 9 for having to run constant weather warning information during "24" last night. Especially during...

the plane landing.

If you think those warnings take up a huge amount of your screen already go watch the High Definition broadcast where most stations are too cheap to upgrade their weather warning equipment to HD. Therefore the HD feed knocks down to the Standard Def fed with pilar boxes on the side. Not to mention to 10 second pause every single time it switches between the two which got highly annoying.

Yet amazingly... they didn't run this shit during the commercial breaks. Go figure.

That fucking Janie Peterson!!!!! She ruined part of Prison Break too. I'm still holding a grudge from last year when she just had to break into the NASCAR race every 5 god damn minutes to talk about a severe thunderstorm which ended up doing absolutely no fucking damage. Now anytime I'm watching TV and she breaks in I get so fucking pissed right off the bat.

What is even worse is that Fox 9 timed these weather bulletin cutins right when something important was going on... then again, that's any point during the episode on "24." Still I wish they could of just ran some kind of message during the ad break so it wouldn't ruin the show for us. What's even more sadder is that I'm usually working Monday night so this is one of the few chances I get to watch "24" when its on instead of waiting for a decent xvid copy.

I'm holding off on "Prison Break" until the DVD boxset release. It looks like a good show but I got a feeling I'll enjoy watching the first seaon on DVD better than trying to watch it during its broadcast. Its harder for me to watch a show when there are hiatus breaks like "Prison Break" had. At least "24" its nonstop from start to finish which is a damn smart move on Fox's part. :D

I honestly think that Prison Break was originally supposed to end with that initial run of episodes and then they saw how popular it was so it got extended. They needed the hiatus to film all the stuff for the second half of the season.

Trust me, it was really tough having to wait 4 months to find out what happened but it really made a better Prison Break fan out of me. You know the old saying, "absence makes the heart grow fonder"...

I know this probably isn't the right thread to say this and I'm a bit surprised myself given that I've been a 24 fan from the first episode on but I actually enjoy Prison Break more than 24 at this point. 24 is getting a little too ridiculous and far fetched, I mean it always was a bit of a stretch but now its getting out of hand, i was actually laughing when the jet landed.

AT CTU, Miles has succeeded in corrupting the tape and is found out.

AT THE PRESIDENTIAL RETREAT Logan calls CTU and says that he is dropping all of the charges against Jack. Jack knows that Logan is going to have a hit out on him.

CTU gets a call from the only surviving CTU agent from the Bierko transport convoy. Bierko has escaped and still has 1 canister of nerve gas. Another terrorist attack is imminent.

BACK AT THE RETREAT, Martha starts to quietly search for Aaron Pierce.

STILL AT THE RETREAT, Logan enters the room where Aaron Pierce has been badly beaten and tells Aaron to drop all of this. Aaron refuses. Logan tells the agent in the room to kill Pierce.

STILL AT THE RETREAT, Mike Novick reveals that Bierko has escaped and is planning another devastating terror attack. Logan is shocked.

AT CTU, Jack knows that CTU is up against the wall. Karen and Bill offer a deal to Henderson and he agrees to help but Jack has to help him disappear after he’s done assisting CTU.

STILL AT CTU, they get intel on a terror suspect named Joseph Malina. Henderson overhears the name and he says that he knows him. Jack and Henderson head for Malina’s location.

AT THE RETREAT, Martha is looking for Pierce. She watches as a car parks and the driver gets out and enters the building. The man is about to kill Pierce but Martha kills the man and saves Aaron.

AT JOSEPH MALINA’S HOUSE, Curtis, Jack, Henderson and a CTU SWAT team arrive. Jack has to let Henderson go in alone without any wire. Henderson tells Malina all about CTU. Malina starts to delete all of his files. CTU knows something is wrong so Jack and Curtis and the SWAT team hit the building. Henderson is pissed because Malina was dumping all of his files onto a flash drive which is what Henderson wanted. Jack is able to retrieve some files and Chloe starts to decrypt them.

AT CTU, Chloe finds intel on a Russian submarine that’s docked in the port of Los Angeles. Jack and Henderson head for the submarine.

AT THE PORT, Bierko and his men drop the nerve gas canister into the submarine and they kill all of the men inside. Bierko and his men are now in control of the submarine and it’s arsenal.
 
According to an ad on my local Fox station 24 is supposed to start at 8:20 PM CST due to the presidental address but even that could change. Just thought I would pass the word along.

In either case the season ender is going to be fantastic. I can't wait.... except that knowing once its over that we got another long wait until Season 6.

24 = The Best Show On TV Today! :D

(But it will never ever knock down Millennium as my best ever... unless Lance Henriksen jumps aboard on 24.... then it could happen)

I wish I could say the same but Prison Break was fucking amazing tonight. Definetly overshadowed 24 for me.

THE FOLLOWING TAKES PLACE BETWEEN 5 A.M. AND 6 A.M. Entire Episode Spoiler.

IN THE SUBMARINE, Bierko and his men flush out the nerve gas in the submarine and begin to upload the targets for Bierko’s missile strike.

AT CTU, it’s up to Jack and Henderson to avert the crisis.

IN THE SUBMARINE, Rooney lived through the nerve gas attack. Jack tells Rooney that he needs to unlock a hatch to let Jack and Henderson in. Rooney needs to kill the guard at the entry point. Jack coaches him on how to kill quickly and quietly.

Henderson asks Jack for a gun, Jack reluctantly agrees.

PORT OF LOS ANGELES, Jack and Henderson sneak in through the open hatch. There’s a big shootout. Henderson makes his way towards the missile area. Jack goes on to look for Bierko, he finds him and gets him in a headlock and he breaks his neck.

The missiles are just about ready to launch but Henderson disables all of them. Henderson then makes a run for it out of the sub. Jack chases him.

ON TOP OF THE SUBMARINE, Henderson sneaks up on Jack and he has him at gunpoint with the gun that Jack gave him.

Henderson pulls the trigger but nothing happens. Jack gave him an empty clip.

Jack fires his gun. Henderson is dead.

BACK AT THE PORT OF LOS ANGELES, LAPD shows up. Jack gets in one of the cop cars and heads for Logan’s retreat. Jack tells Chloe he needs a specific bug device. Chloe knows someone who knows how to use it, her ex-husband Wilson.

AT THE RETREAT, Logan speaks with Graham and tells him that Henderson and Bierko are dead and he says that Jack will be taken care of. Logan is going to make a speech over Palmer’s casket before its flown back to Washington to lie in state.

Martha speaks with Novick, shows him Aaron Pierce, and tells Mike everything.

Jack calls and tells them he is coming for Logan, he needs their help to get Logan alone. Novick asks how far is Jack willing to go. Jack replies As far as I have to.
 
THE FOLLOWING TAKES PLACE BETWEEN 6 A.M. AND 7 A.M. ENTIRE EPISODE SPOILER FOR THE FINALE.

The Season Five Finale







We should be at the retreat set here.

President Logan is preparing to head out to President David Palmer’s ceremony at the air base. Logan will be speaking over Palmer’s casket before it’s flown to Washington D.C.

Kiefer and Glenn Morshower filmed a short scene together and they are planning on bringing down Logan, both literally and figuratively. Jack sneaks into the helicopter pilot’s quarters and he attacks the co-pilot of Logan’s chopper and he steals his flight gear. Jack puts on the helicopter pilot suit and the helmet and he heads for the chopper.

I think Chloe has to fake documents to help Jack get on the helicopter but that info isn’t solid.

Martha should also have a scene right about here and she is with the President and she tells Charles that he should go to Palmer’s ceremony alone and that she will meet him at the air base.

Jack boards the helicopter and he’s in full gear so nobody notices he’s not the real co-pilot.

President Logan walks towards the chopper and he gets in. It takes off and heads for the ceremony.

It starts. Jack takes his gun out and he instructs the pilot to disable all of the audio equipment. Jack then pulls out a taser gun and he zaps Logan’s guards. Logan doesn’t know what the hell is going on. Jack takes off the pilot’s mask to reveal his face and Logan s**ts his pants.




Jack hijacks the helicopter and it lands outside of an empty warehouse. A car arrives and it’s Chloe’s ex-husband. The ex has all audio/video gear he needs and they set up a video feed with Chloe at CTU. They all know that secret service will find the location within minutes so they are racing against the clock to secure a confession.





Jack handcuffs President Logan and begins the interrogation. Jack sums up all of Logan’s crimes, the assassinations, murders, cover-ups, all the people he conspired with. Jack searches Logan and takes all of his belongings and he continues with the questioning but Logan isn’t talking. Jack takes out his gun and tells Logan that he has until the count of three to start talking. 1…… Logan does nothing…….2….. It’s going down!......3………





SECRET SERVICE STORMS THE WAREHOUSE – Get on the ground, GET THE F+C^ on the ground Bauer NOW NOW NOW. Jack watches as the warehouse fills up with secret service agents. His interrogation accomplished nothing. Agents arrest Jack and secure the President. Logan watches as Jack is cuffed and he takes all of his belongings that Jack just took off of him and he has them on his person and he is leaving for Palmer’s ceremony. Logan has once again evaded justice.
 
PART 2 OF THE FINAL EPISODE SPOILER. ENJOY:D

President Logan arrives at President David Palmer’s ceremony at the air base. Mike Novick gets a call and he learns that the plan didn’t work and that Jack was taken into custody. Martha hears the news and she goes nuts. She has a breakdown in front on everybody and she says that Charles is a murderer and that he was behind everything. Martha is quickly escorted into a building and Logan approaches her and he smacks her in the face. Logan is onto Martha’s little games and he thinks she’s wearing a wire.

Meanwhile the masked men and their leader position themselves for their big reveal.




President Logan searches the first lady for a wire but she’s not wearing one. Martha continues to scream at him for everything he did and how he killed David Palmer. Logan says that it was for the good of the country and he continues to justify everything he has done today. Logan is done with Martha and he goes back out to the ceremony where he will make his speech in front of military personnel and the worldwide media outlets....What could go wrong???
 
PART 3

Audrey approaches Jack and they kiss. An agent approaches Jack and tells him that Kim is on the phone. Jack and Audrey separate and Jack goes into another room.

Jack gets to the phone but there’s nobody on the other line.

THEN out of absolutely nowhere………
