3-PACK Bundle Uncharted + Tomb Raider: Underworld + Mercenaries 2 (PS3) $29.99 - MSRP

Some notes about the ESA Game Pack if you buy it from Gamestop:

- The box is shrinkwrapped.
- The games come in individual cases inside the box.
- The individual cases are NOT shrinkwrapped.
- Uncharted has Greatest Hits packaging (at least in my version...someone else posted above that they got a non-GH copy in their ESA Pack, so YMMV?)
- "Not For Resale" IS on each of the cases.

Any other questions, just ask...

It is the GH packaging for Uncharted, but NOT the old style with the red case that I'm sure some would nitpick about.

Yep. It's a clear case, not one of those old red cases.
 
I got the 3-pack last night. I'm hooked on Uncharted. I spent about 6 hours playing it last night. I haven't gotten into the other games yet.
 
I scored 2 copies of Uncharted Drake's Fortune at my local TRU for 6 bucks each yesterday. If you have one in your area and have no desire for the other two games, clearly this is your best option.
 
FYI: For those who waited on the Uncharted clearance price of $6 at Toys R' Us, it has since gone UP to MSRP of $29.99 again there(only to be reduced again for Black Friday to $15:roll:).

So this is probably your best shot at getting the game for about $10 now.
 
I saw the 3-pack in GS today. Uncharted 2 has the red GH banner on the cover in a standard transparent case. Best of all, it has the artwork printing of the back of the cover which can see from inside the case, unlike the opaque red case version.
 
I wonder why you people keep bumpoing up this thread. This games package have been and is available in every major retaler for the MSRP price of $29.99 since a month or so ago. THERE IS NO DEAL IN THIS THREAT. It was already posted as information that is available. O.K. moove forward people.

I wouldn't say people keep bumping it either, looks like ONE person before you did...
 
I'm having the gamestop here hold one. Hope they'll save it for a while, I don't get my paycheck until a week from Wednesday :C

Try finding these games separately, new, for as little as $30 together.

You can't.

Heck, Uncharted by itself is still $30 in most places.

You can't buy it on amazon or ebay for MSRP, so that also makes it a deal. I was just giving people a heads up if they were looking for it. This also works with BBs 10% off coupon.

I don't know why it costs more on amazon/ebay.. it's MSRP on newegg and listed as in stock with free shipping.

I was actually considering buying it because I needed to buy the first uncharted, but I already had tomb raider: underworld for 360 and didn't want mercenaries 2 so I bought uncharted used from gohastings.

Normally, no but I think it's generally accepted for some occasions. First, $30 for 3 games is a good deal... especially when the 3 games are good games (or great like Uncharted). Second, proceeds from this bundle goes to support the ESA Foundation.

Third, for a while this bundle was hard to find... Gamestop and Amazon were both sold out. But now it seems BestBuy and Wal-Mart have gotten new stock of it.

I kind of wonder what people do with their pristine, non-greatest hits version of games like the Sly trilogy, Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, PoP trilogy, Tomb Raider, Splinter Cell trilogy and soon...MGS, MK, possibly Ratchet and others.

I agree that it can be puzzling how people are so quick to shit on a game because it's not black label, but to call the man stupid? He's not stupid just because he likes his collection to be aesthetically pleasing. Calling someone stupid because he takes pride in collecting just makes you look like the stupid one.
 
Was going to get this but realized I already have Underworld for 360. I guess I should get back to playing that haha. Really good deal though, even if you only wanted 2 out of the 3 and sold/traded in whatever you don't need.

Just an FYI. These cases are the "new" clear GH cases. They only have the red banner printed on the paper, so they do not stick out nearly as much as the all red cases.

I bought this at BB when they had the buy 2 get 1 sale going. I got 5 games for 60 & tax. Uncharted is the only one that has the red Greatest Hits banner across the top.
 
got mine from best buy today

its actually a better deal then the buy 1 get 1 50% off...

even if M2 is crap its like getting it for free and paying 15 ea. for TRU and UDF
 
Damn - now that I have tax money, I'll never find it anywhere. Online is sold out/overpriced everywhere...

Just really need a NEW copy of Uncharted without paying $20+ alone for it. I snoozed on picking it up for cheap around BF...
 
i got the last copy at my best buy ...

1 thing to point out

they had the only copy in the racks where the 19.99 games are. so i thought it was 19.99 but to double check i went to one of the computers they have to check up on the price ... it wasn't listed on the website then i asked someone to look up the price for me. The guy went to the employee page but nothing came. He finally scanned it and the price rang up 29.99. Wonder why its not listed.

That's probably because it's been out since at least October of 2010. But the price it was gonna be is in the OP and in the title of the thread, so why would you think it was going to be $20?

FYI: In the section you're talking about they have $20 and $30 games, as games like Little Big Planet GOTY($29.99) are there with the $19.99 ones(Saint's Row 2) as that's also the way it is at my local BB stores.

They keep them. Given the same availability, first prints are always more attractive to collectors than subsequent reprints, even though most greatest hits prints have a smaller print run than the original.
 
I would actually like to turn my entire PS3 library collection into Red cases.

If anyone has replaced the old red GH cases and would like to get rid of them, let me know!!

Not being able to re-sell the games is turning me off to this deal. Otherwise, I'd have picked it up already. Anyone know if Gamestop or any other retailers will take these games? I'm sure Amazon won't and that's my go-to trade in retailer.

Gamestop will take them. Just trade them without the cases.

Also, I don't know if it has been mentioned, but the games in this multi pack are not sealed.

Ha! Yea they fixed it.....they axed the servers about a year ago. Same time as LOTR:Conquest and a ton of other EA titles back when they were killing all the older sports titles. If yer buyin Mercs 2 expectin online play, don't waste yer time.
