Might bite on Kirby's Dreamland, since I have fond memories of playing that game when I first got my OG Game Boy so long ago.  Other than that, not really interested in much else.

Would love to get Animal Crossing but I am so paranoid I will lose my animals if my 3DS is lost. We can backup saves to a computer right? Would love to get the physical gamecard out of the 3DS so I can have Animal Crossing with me all the time and other games physically.

I just brought my N64 from the ether, so I don't know if I'm $30 interested in SF64. Would've bit at $20.

Most definitely gonna find a way to trade in AC:NL for a digital copy. Bummed that the $20 TIV at Walmart didn't hold.

I believe that the digital version can be backed up but I haven't ever tested it.

Basically this sale has had a good week, a phenomenal week, a horrible week, and a mediocre week.
If those are the only options I would say from best to worst was 2 > 4 > 1 > > > > > > > 3. That Pokemon week was such a huge disappointment.

I watched videos of it to see that it's as disappointing as I remember when I got it. No saves, no swallowing enemies for powers, disappointing all around in my book.

For trading New Leaf it's still $18.70 for PUR at GS.

G&W Donkey Kong Jr. ?

Are G&W games being emulated outside of the CN rewards compilations? (And was this one of them?) I guess I should search YouTube for video but I'm not...

I probably wouldn't recommend Kirby's Dreamland, it's really basic and I found it disappointing that Kirby couldn't do most Kirby stuff in it like 15 years ago when I had it.
I agree it really doesn't feel a kirby game without being able to absorb abilities. Floating around and spitting clouds on short tiny stages gets old quick. You really need a nostalgic fondness for that game to purchase it again.

Yeah, I'm picking up Dreamland 2 since I never played that one and it's got the stuff you expect out of Kirby plus the animals.

You didn't like it? I thoroughly enjoyed it in my childhood. The lack of saves never bothered me and even replaying it a few years back, it was still as enjoyable and charming as I remember it to be. You can also pretty much blitz through the game rather quick.

Because that was my very first Kirby game, I never even knew he could "absorb" enemy powers. Even now, I still feel the game works just as well without it.

I'm considering Animal Crossing since the digital version would be pretty convenient. I wonder if Nintendo will ever sell it for 50% off, though.

What an awful price $30 is for Star Fox 64 3D. I had my eShop credit ready thinking it'd be $25 or $20, but now I'm going to pass.
Definitely not worth $30. It hasn't aged very well.

Same. The Kirby's Dreamland games (SNES entry included) are my least favorite in the series.

Really glad I checked this thread last night! I set a reminder for myself to grab some 3DS games as today is the last day for some titles.

Moon Chronicles - $5.99 - 33% Off - Ends 10/2

Rage of the Gladiator - $2.99 - 57% Off - Ends 11/2

Wait!? What happened to metroid. I could have sworn I saw it on the OP list with an end date of today... Did I miss it or something?

metroid part of the smash weekly sale and that part the sale ended at 9am pacific time this morning

It feels so liberating getting the digital version of Animal Crossing. Finally I can have another game in the gamecard slot.

Is Code of Princess any good or is it just a repetitive brawler?
I didn't complete it, but what I played of it felt repetitive. I'll consider picking it up if it ever hits $10, but I won't pay more.

Traded in my physical new leaf to gamestop and tropical freeze to best buy that plus 2 dollars got me reward zone points, pur points, ddp points and hopefully some club nintendo coins.

I hope you guys that are trading in AC first didn't put much time into it, as you could've transferred the save over and continued playing if you bought the eShop version first.

Oh yeah I wanted to remind people that they need the save data transfer tool and to have the physical version and digital at the same time. I got very lucky that I didn't trade it in on my way home from work.

Donkey Kong Jr. was one of the Game & Watch titles released as DSiWare. Ball, Chef, Flagman, Helmet, Judge, Manhole, Mario's Cement Factory, and Vermin are also available. Due to their small size, their usual price is $1.99 each.

I've got the nintendo points for DKTF and ACNL but I told myself I'd save those for brawl  DLC. Decisions decisions!

Disappointed there's no sale for Triple Deluxe, but still a good sale, as I picked up Tropical Freeze and Amazing Mirror.

Otherwise, nothing on the 3DS front, as already have DKCR, and nothing else interests me, but that's okay. Just another week until SSB4.

nope when it hit overseas they said they would Not be a Physical release in the states. Also the stripped the hell out of the japan game. Used to be 40 playable people and we are only getting like 12. There is no online battles or nothing like that. Most of the stuff is unlocked right at the start of the game. I want to get the game but its been on sale 2 or 3 times for half price over there and going to be waiting until it hits 9.99 or less here (and dont have the room for it on my card right now anyways)
That sucks. This looks like it's the MSRP, so I'll have to pass until it goes on sale. Konami really dropped the ball on this one.
