I stopped in a K-Mart today because they had another 2-day sale going on. It didn't look like the 2-day sale included any video games this time, but the clerk told me they would be having their 50% off sale again this weekend. So, I'm guessing this will include all the usual suspects from previous K-Mart sales.

I know the feeling... during the 5 dollar CC sale last year, I visited the same store for about 5 days straight... amazingly found new items each time until the last visit when they has actually PULLED the sale games for the real sale that was to begin that sunday

... havent decided if I should visit KMart today... I visited the first sale... it had nothing... but I proobably will get sucked in anyway...

I picked up StarFox GC, Fairly Odd Parents Shadow Showdown GC, Viewtiful Joe 2 GC, and KOF Max Impact for the PS2.

Add Desert Strike Advance GBA ($10) to the list, it's a first year gba game but if your k-mart has it then it's worth the money. I love the strike series and so should you.

Also I picked up Blinx 2 and I'm a bit curious, did anyone else get a different blue label on the side as opposed to the white sticker seal, is that just for k-mart or is that some new kind of xbox sticker?

Yep. When I picked up the game from the last time K-mart was having the sale, noticed the same thing when opening it. Another recent xbox purchase of mine also had the blue sticker on the side (Think it was Obscure). So it's just some new fancy Xbox security sticker.

My Obscure had the normal white one.
 
I love all these deals found here. Today I got Viewtiful Joe 2, Baten Kaitos, TMNT 2 Battlenexus all for Gamecube with Sprung for the Nintendo DS for $68 total. Considering these games would come out to $170 new at regular prices, my wallet thanks CAG for this deal as well as all the others.

i think baten kaitos is going to 19.99 price drop so isnt really that great of a find for 25 anymore
 
just got back from kmart and got Splinter Cell 1 for $10. It's platinum hits but oh well. still 10 bux =D now my splinter cell collection is complete

Thats cool if it does. I dont mind the $5 difference I paid. At least I didnt pay $50 for it. Everywhere I look its still $50 (Walmart, Target, Gamestop, EB)and I dont have a Gamecrazy around me for the $19.99 deal. So I am happy.

I think it's a new one. I bought Jade Empire at Best Buy today and it had it.

Picked up 2 copies of Mega Man X8 for PS2 for $10 each

Also saw a few things, but did not take the bait: Legend Of Zelda: Link To The Past, Mario Golf, Rumble Roses. I was looking for Soul Caliber 2 for GC, but I think I'll just wait for Soul Calibur 3 instead (PS2 Tekken 5 Arcade Stick action!)
 
I picked up Mega Man X8 and Mario Golf: Advance Tour today. No Viewtiful Joe 2, but they did have a few copies of Baten Kaitos. Hopefully the price will drop by the next game sale, and I can snag one for $10-15.

If you could pick up Zelda:LTTP, neonglow is looking for it, and I'm sure he would be happy to take it off someone's hands.

Does anyone know if Silent Hill 3 is part of this deal?I remember it was part of the other blue light sales.I saw it at K-mart but it was behind the glass and the woman said that the $29.99 price tag is what the price is and that it wasn't part of the sale.If I remember correctly the last sale was for $14.99.Does anyone know if came down cheaper?THANKS

I bought Link to the Past thinking it was $15 and it was $30. I returned it at the 3rd store I went to. Have people got this for $15 this time around?
 
Went to a couple of Kmart's today. First one didn't he really have much of anything that I wanted, nor that I didn't have. It did have one Viewtiful Joe 2 for GCN which I snatched up for $10. At the other Kmart, the employee told me that he had sold out of the Mario vs Donkey Kong. That was the main game that I was really hoping out for from this sale. THey also didn't have Red Dead Revolver. They had a bunch of Mario Golf Advance Tour but I decided to pass. I was hoping to find a sealed SH: C like mmn had said he had seen, but the store didn't have any. Oh well, I'm getting one from Gamefly this week anyway.

I got it at the 2nd or 3rd sales (don't remember which) for $15.

I had the clerk check Star Fox Adventures (non PC) and it rang up as 19.99! I was really hoping to snatch this up for 10 for my friends little brother, but maybe the upc on the PC version is the one ringing up as 9.99. Oh well, thanks for all who contributed.
 
Damn..I was hoping to get Monster Hunter and Rumble Roses.

I just made a last-minute run to the K-mart down the road after seeing this thread just a short time ago. I only had ten minutes 'til closing time. When I asked the very clueless, unhelpful man in the department about the 50% off games, he pulled out a small crate with a few games, and said "that's all I've got left". I saw Rumble Roses on the shelf behind him but not in the crate and asked about it because I thought I saw it on the list. He told me it was not part of the sale, and like an idiot I believed him.

I should have asked him to scan it. Now that I see that it IS on the list I'd go back to the store and do that, but they're closed now. What's the best deal anyone's seen for Rumble Roses?

I did come away with Viewtiful Joe 2 for GC and Mega Man X8 for PS2, both of which I'm interested in trying out. Thanks OP!

no the upcs for players choice and non-players choice are the same. i picked up the non PC starfox for 10 so maybe you just have a bad store or ymmv.
 
Star Fox/Mario/Animal Crossing/Metroid all had version that were released at kmart with a free players guide, those ones are the ones that come up on sale.

Zero Mission (one of the better looking auctions I've seen) . . . I could wait longer on this, but I was really hoping it would be part of the Kmart sale.

Got it for $14.59 shipped complete . . . I would have spent a $1 more with tax if I saw it at Kmart.

But, I'm also certain I could get it for less in the future with patience. Oh well.

Bah sorry about that... Didn't know anyone else was in the hunt for the game. Needless to say, it's probably too late, but the next K Mart sale, I will snag el pronto (the only thing is that they only had one copy but the traffic at my local K-Mart isn't that bad)

From what chickenhawk was talking about, it might've been $30, and not the same deal neonglow wanted to get in on.
 
Only found Viewtiful Joe 2 for GCN. Still, I'm happy with this sale :D. Got something I really really wanted.

Anyone aware of this fact? I got a flyer Sunday when I left claiming a two-day sale on 4/26 and 4/27 (tuesday and wednesday) with "discontinued" video games 20%-50% off? I'll see if I can get a scan later today.
 
I went to K-Mart today and picked up a copy of Amplitude for $9.99 and Reel Fishing III for $1.99 (normal clearance prices) and the woman working at the register told me that today and tomorrow they are having the 50% off select titles again. I was able to get Karaoke Revolution Volume 2 for $19.99, I will have to go back after work and check to see what else they have.
