Stores will be setting up "dump bins" for these titles, and from what I understand so far, they won't be marked as the 50% off price, but will ring up as half off the price on the sticker.

This deal works online! If you do "Pick Up @ Store," you will get the discounted price when you pick up the game.

And just for reference, since I'm not sure how well-known these acronyms are... KNR = Kinect Required, MVR = Move Required, MVC = Move Compatible, MP = Motion Plus.

For survival horror fans, Cursed Mountain for Wii is worth checking out. It has some issues at times with unresponsive controls but over all it's great.
 
I recommend Bulletstorm at the sale price. I only played the single player campaign and enjoyed the story enough to finish the game.

I kind of want El Shaddai: Ascension on the PS3 more than the 360. I guess Gamestop wants to clear out multi-platform games on only certain systems.

Might get BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger on the 360 since I have the sequel in my PS3 backlog.

I tried to play it for achievements when it was relatively new, it was kind of unplayable.

I want to play the crappy drum line bit. Haven't played a football game since Madden 01, not my type of football.

I play a lot of crappy games, they are amusing. Infernal is along the same vein. Enjoyed it Easy game, laughable voice acting, still a decent game; true turd's turd.

im going to exchange my copy of mag that i got today that i brought towards my big trade in earlier for a copy of lair and pay the differince. this is much better than just throwing it out or trading it in for 2 cents or so thats for sure
 
Wish a couple of those games that are on sale for the PS3 were on sale for the Xbox as well (Star Wars and Bulletstorm come to mind).
 
I was at GameStop and an employee was putting the bin together. When I asked if that it was for the sell she was surprised that I knew about it.

Edit: hmm, it seems that both games are on both systems... So I'm guessing the only difference is one is newer.

Zack & Wiki is a great game. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I happen to be a fan of adventure games, so I'm biased. But it sports an 87 metascore. Anyone who hasn't given it a shot should pick it up for a couple bucks. A steal.

I bought it way back when I first got my Wii. Wasn't really what I expected, but once I got into it I liked it. Unfortunately the disc got snapped in half before I could beat it:cry:it's not at any of my normal stores, so I'm still out of luck

It was a bargain when it had a price drop to $20 new way back when. Now at $3.50 for this sale it's definitely a steal.

They exist on both systems regardless. Continuum Shift is newer than Calamity Trigger. Basically, it goes Calamity Trigger -> Continuum Shift -> Continuum Shift EXTEND. It's basically the equivalent of Marvel vs Capcom 3 and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom. As for which one to get, I guess get the newer one?

If anyone doesn't already have Bad Company 2, Bulletstorm or El Shaddai, those are the three to pick up. Other decent ones if the price is low enough: The Conduit, Red Steel 2, and Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure.

I felt that way for the first couple of hours. I pushed through because I'd heard that it takes a while to get going. Glad I did, as it turns out to be a fantastic game with great art direction and lots of varied gameplay. But it starts slowly. Takes a good couple/few hours to really start going, and before that it's numbingly dull. Poor direction, that.

TFU2 wasn't that bad.

It left you with a sour taste as the end was just pure repetition and it was max 4 hours long. But I enjoyed it up until the end. I played it when it was one of the massive flips to BBY.

I had a lot of fun with Boom Blox with my family. And El Shaddai is hit or miss with most. Was decent to me, but I didn't have high expectations because I picked it up for $5 during the GonD sale.

ugh didnt realize that force unleashed was on sale only for ps3. the 360 version is already 4.99. unless that one is on sale Im gonna pass on it.

It wasnt even $5 it was $3 or 240 msp. Really cheap. I think almost everyone bought it then.
