500 Free XBOX Live points from LIVE5 - Now Sent, Check Your Emails

Never recevied my points and was a first day "beta tester" for the service and I have never changed my gamertag, I wonder what gives with that.

What did the e-mail have in the subject line and who did it come from Microsoft or X-Box Live?

Came from "Xbox LIVE" ([email protected]).

Yeah I didn't get the points either....I started my first gamer tag in nov 2002 but then changed a couple of years ago... oh well.... such is life
