Could you describe the "fair condition" a bit more in detail? Thanks.
 
Well, I got it pre-owned from Blockbuster, the box is kinda jacked up (lots of light scratches, one of the "locks" seems to be a bit broken) and the outer case of the UMD has some light scratches, too (but the disc itself is fine). It loads up no problem.

How is the cover art? Map? Manual?

The cover art and manual are in really good condition. The map is in okay condition, its bent up a little (not terrible, there aren't a lot of creases, but its bent up). The box is probably what's in the worst condition, if you have another case, you could transfer the cover and it would look much nicer.

Yeah, I was going to do that. The condition of the map however, is what I am most concerned about. Sorry, but unless you are willing to go significantly lower on the price, I will have to pass. Thanks anyways.
 
Sorry, I don't really want to lower it anymore from what it is. Just for the record, its not bent really badly, here are some pics of the map.
