I ordered 4 different games through the same order, and 2 of them were pre-owned (because Breakdown new was no longer $10, was $5, but all out) on Friday, April 1st. I got 2 different shipments for some reason, and 2 different tracking numbers. I ordered on April 1st, and for the last 4 days or so, had the electronic notify message. Just yesterday, I checked at noon, and the Cincinatti shipment appeared first and 4 hours later, the Philadelphia one. My Dead or Alive: Ultimate and some other game shipment is coming from their Cincinatti, OH facility, and some other games from the Philadelphia, PA facility. Used SAVER.

The package was in a smaller box this time. The Indiana Jones was shrinkwrapped, unlike the Monopoly Tycoons. However, I wasn't pleased with the other materials. I am dissapointed in EB this time. The Breakdown was dented, and still had the "Played It? Trade It!" yellow sticker on it, and some other yellow tags. The back of it was clearly dented. The instruction manual of it, was like someone sat on it (its "rugged"). The back of the disk had some dust, but it wasn't as bad as Dead to Rights. The Dead to Rights came in the expected Platinum Hits game case. It looks horrible! There ware many scratches on the cover, and its like someone used their keys, and forcefully carved a cross on Jack's eyes. Theres a plus sign carved pretty deeply on it. The back cover was partially ripped, like someone took it out, and used it to wipe their shoe (but with no stains). The original UPC on it is ripped, and the top corner of the back cover is teared off and missing. A more descriptive wording was to say some child carelessly ripped it off, and with some upc intact, but pieces of the cover missing. The ripping extends to as far as to touching the X logo on the side. The manual was fine, except for the chipping and tearing on the edges, and on the footing of it. When I opened the case, the disk fell out. The disk holder is loose, and the cd spins very loosely in there. The whole Dead to Rights package looks like a wreck. I didn't expect this of EB's quality, but meh.
This is a picture of it, but I don't have my digital camera ready yet, but it looks something like this:
