999$ raised in charity lowball!!!! Check OP for totals and PMS for payment info.

The thing that's really messed up is that he used a charity name(also dv8's name as well) for all this. I just hope he actually donated the money that was said to have been raised. But he has lost all his credibility after all this mess.

It just seems odd from the start, to be running a child's play charity as cag already run them annually. Also, the $999 raised amount now seems like a made up amount to keep very excited and happy for a while. What a shame.

Everyone who hasn't received all of their items should leave negative feedback.

Since Trollsmeesh is offering up contact info, I'd suggest getting it from Trollsmeesh and then contacting the OP directly to figure out what the issue is.

There's also the option of filing IC3.gov complaints as well as talking with the OP's local police department for fraud and theft, plus the USPS for mail fraud.

Also never received my item or even confirmation that I actually paid. It was only $5 but it's still a shady situation. Negative feedback has been left.

I wonder if this is a more serious case, since he fraudulently took people's money with the claims that it was to be used for a charity.:whistle2:k
I've really got no way to prove that but the last thing I'm going to do is scam people under the guise of charity. I'm sure that would secure my one way ticket to hell. 100% of the money after shipping costs is going directly to the charity. The people that have gotten to know me on this site can vouch for me. Additionally when the auction is over totals will be posted and it will also be posted what shipping cost and then, and I'm not sure how I'm going to do it, I want everyone involved to see the money transfer to the charity. That way everyone can feel good about themselves and also know that I haven't screwed them over.
Sorry to dig up old stuff, but I was able to find this after remember seeing something he said about scamming people.

So, I guess he is away trying to find a ticket to get outta hell? ;D

I just asked this in the Saetia Lowball Thread, because this seems to be of relevance, but what exactly happened with this? Did everyone gift the money instead of paying the fees?

I am curious because several years ago I was burned by Paypal, despite having paid the fees (seller was using a fake identity), and I am concerned not much has changed. I am sure everyone means well, but as Francis Bacon once said "Opportunity makes a thief." and receiving an influx of $1000 or so is a lot of opportunity.

I am sure many people did gift their payment (which guaranties no protection at all). Even if they did go the fee option, chances are the money is already gone (you cannot recover payment, if the seller's account does not have any funds. Paypal will only let you know that they are trying to recoup the money for you, but nothing else more.)

most people ended up getting some stuff but not all. A few didn't get anything though. Shipping was kinda crappy with damaged boxes and all. So no it didnt turn out to well. Most people have just gave up because it was for "charity"
