I don't feel good or happy about getting all that info and sharing it with my fellow CAGs, I am a lot like you. I forgive WAY to easily.
But worst case scenario he stole a lot of money from our fellow CAGs and he also stole a lot of stuff from us.
I'm not removing that info until he comes back and asks me to. Period, if he has time to EMAIL people he has time to get online and post a ing post.
I kinda agree with Trollsmeesh, my mother passed on November 10th this year and that is as close to the heart as it get aside from your own children/spouse. I still found time to get on and make sure everyone is updated on trades etc.

i too have gotten a reply and the language is very generic. seems to me he had copy the same email to everyone, but none the less, we shall see if the items arrive and whether the money will actually go to charity. after all, money going to charity is what is important to me.

I've told a bunch of people that everything will be arriving at your houses very shortly. I had a death in the family and some other personal issues and everything happened at a bad time. As I've told some other people I understand that I handled this badly and should have been more on top of things but with my utmost regrets I didn't. Everything has been resolved and I've gotten the last of the packages in the mail so you should have yours in a matter of days. Again I apologize greatly and believe me I feel awful about everything. To be honest as everything was going on I was very nervous about logging onto CAG and finding out that I'm now hated. I do realize that wasn't right. Please let everyone know that if they haven't gotten their package yet they will momentarily...everything has been shipped. I just sent a check also to the charity it was for 832.00....that's what was left after all shipping costs. Basically, for those of you that don't want to read the whole email, I will sum it up for you.
He had some "personal issues" along with a death.
He was really nervous about logging back on.
He says everything should be arriving to everyone shortly.
Said he wrote a check to the charity for $832.(After Shipping Costs)
Is VERY sorry.
I for one am happy I finally got a response, and assuming he is telling the truth I will be more than willing to forgive him when he does come back. I don't even know if I will give him negative feedback if he can make sure everyone gets what they need and then does some SERIOUS damage control.
I urge everyone to do the same and welcome him back with open arms, if and when he does come back. He may not have been in the right, but I hear he is a very good guy and maybe really did just get overwhelmed. No one wants to be hated on a community he has been apart of for this long. Everyone deserves a second chance, and at the very least he says the money DID go to the charity.
I know I was one of the first to spearhead the witch hunt, but I'm putting away the torch and awaiting Nsahene's return.

I'm definitely glad that you are so forgiving. It sucks he got so wrapped up, but everything is smoothing out now, so I'm glad this is ending now.

So three people so far... It sucks next week is Christmas, as that'll up the mail system for a few days, but if you guys don't have anything by the end of next week, I'd start looking for cheap golf clubs and a carpool. I keed, I keed.

i have yet to get mine but i got an email from neil asking for my address. i do have faith in him sending and i trust that he had sent the money to charity.
wow... I was going to travel to the pittsburgh area for business and was thinking about contacting him to see if it is possible to meetup so I can just hand him the items I wanted to donate (was thinking of like close to 10 games (decent to good ones)( that I have multiples of ).
Glad I got wrap up with the work side of things and never went through with my plan. Sorry to all who had to deal with this even if they eventually received their items.
