He just sent me back an XBL message saying he got behind and had a death in the family. All packages are in the mail as of yesterday.

Yeah, I mentioned that earlier in the thread, but regardless, we should be getting our stuff before this time next week. If people aren't receiving the packages by then, then we can start bringing out the claws.
 
I got my stuff from Chairman_LMAO. I don't think the OP had anything to do with it. I'm confused with all the package forwarding as well.
 
We had about 10 different people donated items for the auction. Some sent them to nshene some kept them and sent them off themselves. So its possible for people to have recieved items beacuse they didnt come from nshene. I choose to do both. I sent him a box of 20 items. Then I added more stuff and just sent those out myself.

we just checked the op to see when the item was paid for and then we got the addresses ourselves from the winners and sent them out. Any item I had that won was shipped out the next day. Im sorry guys I did not know this was going to turn out like this.

I don't think you should apologize. Lowball sales are tough, especially when you do one as big as this. At least with DV8's ultimate, everybody just sent their items, and not DV8 handling 90% of shipping. Remember how much trouble Strell had to go through because of how huge his was? I'm sure Nsahene was overloaded with packages and got behind, then the unexpected happened for him.

I know some people are upset... I didn't spend much in this sale, so I can't really bitch about it, but I do honestly believe that the items will start trickling in within the next few days. I think everybody who has put on a lowball sale will agree it's taxing work, especially if you have school AND a job to balance as well. My only problem is Nsahene saying he mailed out the packages.
 
I understand its hard but a update form the man him self would help alot of this. I know we can be patient but if people know whats going on it does make it easier. I wonder if the 1,000 will go to the chip in feature. I added a dollar :) Thats a lot of raffle ticketts for neil! Thats kinda an unfair advantage to winning the great mystery box!

Just so you guys know the mystery box is mine this year!!!!!!!

I received my items today, and just an update would have been nice, because my postage said it was done on the 17th. So I'm happy I got the things I've bidded on, but I'm not happy about the time it took. I know things happen, but a update would have been greatly appreciated.
 
Got my stuff... Not the best packaging, and one of the DVDs came loose during shipping and one of the DVD cases cracked, but, at least I got them.
 
I got my package today but the Lord of the Rings Shadows of Angmar PC game was not in there. Probably not even worth it to do something about it at this point.

That's sort of my fault. I have two items to ship you, Duel Masters and Home Alone. Both are packed and addressed, I just have to get to a PO. Sorry I haven't gotten these out sooner.

I had a XBL chat with him a few weeks ago, said a family member had died, fell behind on shipping, was embarrased to log on because of the delay but said mine was the last packg and was being mailed that day. Still nothing, at first i gave him the benefit but now im mad because i also donated about 6 items to his auction.
 
Seriously, I would feel SO much better if he would just fucking log on. I wouldn't even be mad then to be honest. Like, if he got on and gave me an update personally I wouldn't even have any hard feelings when I got my stuff. I would still give positive feedback and everything. He just needs to log on and explain.
 
Well you know now that I think about it, I dont think he even have my Address.. Because when someone gifted me on Paypal it didnt show their address. So I doubt he has even gotten to the point of my items being packed yet alone shipped. If it was packed..he should have asked for my address already..or I could be wrong and gifting thru paypal showed him my address..

Either way he has no excuse, 6 weeks is too long. He could have packed and shipped 2-3 packages every other day and he would have been done a long time ago.
 
Why not bring the mods into this. Even though this was a for charity lowball, him delaying and not responding to post and pms makes this whole thing look bad.

Contact the mods and maybe he will get serious. It all seems too convenient that the excuse people give about delaying and not shipping item is a death of family member. Yet, they have time to be on XBL.

can you guys give me a list of what you are still waiting for? If you have recieved anything. I know kkelms you got the lotr pins cause I sent those and you should have gotten a 5.00 refund for for the lotr poster that got damaged.
 
I got my items the other day, but I'm not leaving positive feedback because it was crazy how long it took. Mr hockey sent out my jersey and a few other items and I got them in record time. I'd rather leave feedback for him rather than this mia dude.
 
I'm still waiting on the GTA Chinatown Wars Guide. Don't know who or where it's supposed to be coming from.

I paid on October 12th and I got everything else from nsahene pretty quickly.
