How is this TRUE lowball different than all the others you may ask? Well, let me tell you!
Rules have been slightly adjusted for the bidding and the shipping. Please read them!
RULES:
0) Bids can be placed in Yen (preferred) or US dollars. However, bidding in yen is beneficial for you as payment will be accepted in yen. But, dv8mad, you say, I don't have any yen. Yes, you do! Look how easy it is!
Just click that box to change the currency! However, if you simply must bid in US dollars, me, being the mean and terrible person that I am, will be sure to do the conversion on a day when the US dollar is very weak. So, again, it's in your best interest to just stick with yen from the beginning! I'll even give a very quick and helpful chart here that will give you a rough idea of the current exchange rate as of the day I typed these rules up. Shouldn't vary too much through the lowball time.
100yen = $1.10
2,500yen = $27.71
5,000yen = $55.43
10,000yen = $110.87
1) Simply type in your max bid for the item(s) in this thread. No PMs. No Emails. Just reply in the forum reply section. This is to keep bids public and to keep my PM box from overflowing as it always does. Obviously post edits and spoilers hiding bids are not acceptable.
2) I will update the first page to reflect your bids as often as possible. Feel free to check the latest bids on the last page(s) if you are unsure of the latest update.
3) There is no minimum for any item although all items must start at at least ￥100. You can win them for as little as you bid. So if you bid ￥100 and win it, it's yours for ￥100.
4) The smallest bid increment is ￥50 thereafter, no ￥10 or ￥1 bids!
4) Please note that you will be expected to pay the amount you bid if you have the highest offer at the end. Negative feedback may be left for those who choose not to follow through with payment.
5) If you place a bid, you are committing to that item. DO NOT place a bid if you do not intend to keep that bid active. Bid retractions are not my idea of a good time. I understand that sometimes unavoidable circumstances arise. If you are fearful that this may happen, please wait to bid on the last day so you know that nothing unexpected occurred!
6) All bids are welcome (excluding bids from CAGs on my Negative Experience List).
7) CAGs with over 75 positive itrader at 100% are eligible for shipment before full payment if requested. Please ask if you do not feel safe bidding.
Ending the Auction:
This Auction will NOT have a rolling end. It will have a solid end time. I will not be posting the exact ending time, but I will tell you it will end sometime late (US time) on 3-18-09 or possibly even very early (US time) on 3-19-09. Once I post saying AUCTION OVER - NO MORE BIDS ACCEPTED, that is it and nothing further will count.
I do not like sniping. I also do not like sorting through 75 last minute bids to find out the winners and make a tiny bit extra. So, if you plan to win, your best option is to make a decent bid early!

Shipping for every item is FREE via the cheapest method available to me. It could even be surface mail (only for heavy stuff), but your items will get to you eventually.

I just received a package from dv8 via ground mail, and I noticed something.
There are some very angry people involved in ground mail. At least when the item is the size of a small child. Mad props to dv8's careful packing, and creative use of manga as cushions, they managed to keep the more delicate stuff whole and pristine, but the outer box was very close to coming apart.
If you can afford it, consider paying for the more expensive shipping options. 6-8 weeks gives overstressed people more time to do horrible things to packages. (Maybe customs thought I was smuggling children)
Also, putting Yuki's head back on is one of the creepiest things I've done in a while. Until I could fully grasp how sturdy her figurine was, she looked like one of those long-necked ghosts in Japanese myths. (And I STILL haven't figured out how manage the purple rod which ostensibly goes where the sun don't shine.)

Having worked at a USPS sorting facility in the past, I can attest that any package you send has been thrown through the air into a basket 30 feet away by someone numerous times.

FFXIII DLC Code - Female Avatar Code... I thought this was the "huntress" outfit that seems to be averaging $5? But... it was the Jihl Nabaat dlc. My eyes nearly popped.
dv8mad, I love you... though, you might want to be a bit more careful in detailing dlc from now on because I would have taken that to well over 1k yen before I started putting thought into how much I'd want to pay. ^^;
