Well, if shipping to a US address, the seller does have the option to use DC to prove that the item was shipped out. Not sure how international paypal works though, or if any additional fees/exchange rate fees will be tacked on.

Not my items but he could just change the address to his friends. Get a confirmation through e-mail on the e-mail used for paypal. I believe that would cover the seller.

I wouldn't do it...if there's a chargeback from Paypal and you ship an item to a different address from the one listed, seller can get screwed. Best way is to convince his "US friend" to proxy pay for him and send US money orders to all the winning bids.

Sorry Bragarb. Everyone doesn't agree, so I can't accept them. I hope you understand.
Believe me, I know how tough it is living outside the U.S. since that's where the majority of CAG is. But, if it helps, I persevered and earned all of the CAG feedback I have from Japan. Not a single one from the US, so it is possible, you just have to slowly work your way up.
Also, I would recommend making a real friend in the US (not some service that is going to take a big percentage from you) so that you can get help.

If your situation changes though, let us know!
I'm honestly not sure if the Paypal rules when gifting the money. Anyone know about that? If it can't be taken back for items not received, then we may have something else to think about.

... Now, I'm going to get back to updating the original post.
