Account hacked. What to do next?

Had my PayPal linked to Live and just got three emails about purchases made by Microsoft Corporation. Looked at my Live account and Ive got $110 worth of new points. Changed my password and unlinked my PayPal. What should I do next?

Ehhh that sucks. Had this happen to me 2 weeks ago. I'd say contact MS Support 1-800-4my-xbox. Make sure you're near your xbox when you make the call as they'll need some info. It was about a half hour call and within 48 hours on a weekend no less they had my account reclaimed and my money refunded.

Yeah, I have been through that. It took me a week to get everything resolved. One thing I noticed is that I was able to "redownload" all the illegal purchases that were made with my points so in a way I got several games for free after all the hassles.

Got it resolved in 24 hours. Pretty nice turnaround. They issued me a refund via PayPal so I have to transfer money back to my bank account but not that big of a hassle.
