Actor Chris Penn found dead...
Pours one out for Nice Guy Eddie and looks for his tape of Deceiver...
Ditto and looks for his Best of the Best VHS

Jeez. For anyone who owns the 10th anniversary edition of RD, I just finished watching the featurette where Chris Penn talks about Lawrence Tierney. Then I hear about this. Really is terrible.
RIP
what else was he in?

(also dOOd love the avatar)
best of the best.

i liked him from resevoir dogs, but his coolness factor was brought up when he was one of the cops in san andreas with samuel l jackson. cool actor inded, RIP

wow, this was unexpected. Rest in peace.
watching reservoir dogs as we speak to show my respect.
off topic: nice sig. Oldboy was awesome.
There must of been some foul play involved. Hes still kinda young to up and die like that.
I don't know. He was a pretty big guy. Anyway Rest In Peace, Nice Guy Eddie.

He was a wasted acting talent, in my opinion -- not used as much as he should have been. I loved him in "Short Cuts".

Oh well that's too bad. You've got to wonder what happened though because most 40 year old people don't just die suddenly unless there is an outside influence like drugs or too many cheeseburgers over the last 15 years...
He did voice work in GTA: San Andreas too.
It's probably what ultimately killed him because, you know, god doesn't like masturbation or something...

I can't believe that no one posted about when he was first starting out in Hollywood when he started in Footloose beside Kevin Bacon and was the dude that Kevin taught how to dance in the movie.

But with all due respect the best role he had was as Nice Guy Eddie. So, RIP my friend we will always have memories of you on film.

I remember seeing him in Entourage last season boxing with Johnny Drama. He was looking pretty large in that so who really knows how he went.
rip and it is too bad. But he wasn't that great to begin with, besides some really good spot acting jobs.
True, sad that the guy died, but he really was a poor man's Tom Sizemore.
