Comments:This item still has not arrived, and has been a full month's time from dispatch without receipt. I know of other Amazon.co.uk customers in the US that had their item dispatched well after my order and they have received them. I wish to have a replacement item shipped out as soon as possible, as I consider this item to be lost in shipment and will never arrive.

See the bolded section about replying back to their email about the original item not arriving and that you have to reply back to them or they'll bill the card on file for the replacement item.
Hopefully in a couple of weeks I should have my replacement item.
