If the things that people in this thread have been saying are true, I'm gonna have enough MS points to buy every single live arcade game and still have more left over.
 
Again, those that didn't abuse this earlier need to abuse this now. By the dead line if you do this everyday you can easily manage 2,000 points. That's enough for two big arcade games and a small one. Once this is over I plan to buy Megaman, Turbo HD remix (assuming It's 800, if not forget it) and some other game.

i cant get it to work, i've rated and made cars about 5x in the past week and no points are showing up in the blue bar, i've logged in and logged out a lot of times with no luck, maybe it'll take a long time to update or never update at all
 
I didn't see this anywhere in the thread, so I figured I would post it. This is straight from the FAQ section.

Q. When should I expect to see my final Microsoft Points email?
A. You should receive your final Microsoft Points email with coupon code(s) on/about 9/19/2008
 
I just submited a new car and it's told me that the limit of point for this
promotion was reached and that any points I have earned will be given to me after it's over. I only earned 350 :bomb:

You get the message in the e-mail when you sign up a new account, instead of the 100 points you used to get. Here is the whole thing:

Oh man... I only got up to 650, plus the 100 at first.
At least it stopped now instead of just racking up more and more and then not sending them out!

I really like the two 360 cars at the bottom, though not sure about the decal of the controller on the back.

Oh well, if they still sent out the codes later as promised, I will have got 950 MS points for about a total of 10 minutes worth of designing/rating cars. Not bad. :bouncy:

I had a couple 'sweet' cars, too... But I never really expected them to get past the censors... :roll:
 
Why the hell did so many people open dozens of new accounts, using up points that have to go to different people? This would've lasted a little longer.
 
But they can't even use all the points they accumulated. It's only 1 100 point code per account, yet people opened lots of them.:wall:
 
I was wondering why I wasn't getting anymore points added to my total.... oh well, 750 free points for almost no effort isn't too shabby
 
I got 800 points, but I really hope that Microsoft decided to jip the scammers and make those points that they earned with multiple accounts invalid, and not just work on another XBOX live account, because then they will just sell them or create new accoutns and transfer them over.

I should have 900 points, but the email that I got that was supposed to give me 100 points was blank.

Yes, it certainly does suck...I never hit my 2,000 limit.

Too bad they won't take all those 100-point codes that were wasted or went unused, and re-add them back into the promo.
 
Well I got 750. It seems that someone posted this on every forum I frequent plus I had Live friends sending me messages about it lol. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did.

True, that's the thing. If you open a bunch of silver accounts, you can register the codes on there, download your content, and share it back with your main profile; (In other words, you could get 20k-40k-well, 100k? in gamerpoints, depending on how many emails you opened/bots you ran.)
