I'll be the first to admit it... I picked one up from a KB Toys for $7.99, and the games were $1.99 each. If I remember right, I got Williams Classic Games, Tiger Casino, Fighter's MegaMix, Scrabble, and probably a couple of others that I can't think of right now.

Did anyone else ever buy one of these?

Yup, I have one.

I almost bought another one a few days ago with the entire internet kit...But I sorta figured I didn't need it.

Dammit, I admit it! Their you happy, I owned one with a few games that I bought for like fifty cents in bestbuy when they were on clearence and I picked up the system for $8 also in KBtoys. Overall, an alright system that I still usually play the solitare game with.

I still have mine. Solitare on it was the bomb-diggity. Also being able to connect to the internet on it at 14.4k.... Never really got that into it, but I did have one, and I still want an N-Gage
What is a game.com system?
It was a hand-held system made by Tiger Electronics, debuting in (I think) 1996 or 1997. I touted itself as the "Game Boy killer". And it's big selling point was being able to connect to the internet (with the modem kit). It also had a touch-sensitive screen with a stylus, and Solitaire built in.

I think I was stupid enough to buy this when it first came out... I actually totally forgot about it until I saw this thread.

you poor, poor gamers. How much i pity thee.

That brick like system is up there with the likes of Daikatana, and many dead babies

I got it from the flea market for $15. Solitare and Lights Out are fun but the screen is too blurry for most games.

I have Frogger, Fighters Megamix, and Batman and Robin. My copy of Lights Out is missing for some reason.

I was little when I saw these. And for a while, I wanted one...but then I came to my senses. BTW, was Fighters Megamix any good? I'm still not going to pick one up though.

To be honest, Fighters Megamix is so blurry that I can't tell what is going on. I got it more as a conversation piece than anything else.

I never tried going online with my game.com.
