I know I'm going against public opinion here, but I did not enjoy Murasama Rebirth at all. I bought it for Vita on launch because I love other Vanillaware games (especially Odin Sphere, but I love Dragon's Crown too minus some art decisions). I just couldn't get in the groove even after 3 or 4 hours of playing. It was really mindless and the story left me wanting. Odin Sphere was so much better (for me) so perhaps my expectations were lofty. Suffice to say, I sold the game to a retailer at a slight loss because I knew I didn't have fun playing it anymore.

Yeah, they just dropped the price earlier in the day to match the GS sale. They really should have dropped it from the calendar then so people didn't stay up expecting a bigger discount. I just went ahead and ordered at $25 as I didn't figure it would go much cheaper (if at all) and didn't want to bother staying up that late.

 
If you browse amazon, none of the sales are good.  They just put a slash through a fake regular price they made up in the last couple of days.  clothing, electronics all of it priced mostly higher than normal with the discount.  Pack it up Amazon, poptropica lightning deals on black friday?  Your drunk

PS Keep putting that angry birds for ds up a few more times, i'm sure it will sell out eventually.

WTF there's supposed to be a lightning deal on Dead Island Riptide right now and it's not even showing up. I was watching the page like I've done with the rest. It wasn't listed before or after 12:10, but the calendar page says it's live.

I don't have a Vita yet, is anybody biting on this deal its like the last thing I am concerned about... maybe that and 20 bucks for Bioshock Infinite.

Amazon has been sucking this BF. No deals compared to last year. Last year they matched all the deals they had running the whole week with some extra discount on some. Now we are left with garbage. Why can't they do Beyond, TLOU, 3ds deals etc. Amazon you disappoint me for the first time.

 
yeah i bought 0 games from amazon this year, only a few blu rays. and best buy had much better prices.

i was hoping someone would have a gta v deal but i guess not

I did because i have over 220 in amazon credit and i have a ton of vita games from being a plus member all these years.

I bought the bundle, I was charged shipping and tax for the ebay deal and adding on a $10 8 gb memory stick, the price difference would have been only $12. I don't have PSN+ and don't really plan to get it anytime soon, so I didn't mind that the bundled games were Uncharted, RetroCity Rampage, and Sly Cooper. Already have and played Walking Dead to death on the PC though, not sure what I'm going to do with that code.

If you don't get charged taxes by Newegg, I'd say that the Ebay Vita deal is a lot better tho.

 
If anyone is on the fence to buy a vita, I don't think they will find a more compelling reason than now to buy one. It have 2 really good handheld games in Killzone and Tearaway. A pretty good catalog from PS plus and also the Remote play from PS4, if you have one.

I don't see it dropping any more than what it's being offered for now. The 4 games are pretty good and diverse in the bundle. If u have already played them, you could try selling them off.

 If you don't like handhelds or do not intend to buy one in the future, then that is an altogether different matter.

 
I'm glad I was on the computer yesterday, seems all the better deals were on Thanksgiving this year. I'm considering Rayman Legends and XCOM Enemy Within, not quite sure if I want to bite.

 
Anyone having trouble redeeming PS Plus codes from Amazon?  I tried on SEN and was told the code couldn't be activated from a PC, tried PS3 and got some random numerical error message.

On PS3 I get Error 80023156.

On Vita it's error NP-8154-8.

So helpful!  I wish there was at least some description of the problem.  Could there just be an activation backlog because Amazon's selling so many of these things?

So I had a friend at GameStop last night who was in line for a ps4 and she asked me if I wanted her to pick one up for me, and I told her yeah! then a hour goes by and I'm thinking to myself, do I REALLY need it now? I just picked up so many games on 360 that I should play before I got a ps4....so then I said no its okay. Now I'm sitting here wanting it again...fuck!

My sentiments exactly. I had a ton of fun actually going out this year to Target in under the 15 minutes that it took. Stayed up all night to see what Amazon was going to wow us with and ended up finding absolutely nothing. What a joke they are this year.

 
I haven't bought a single game or movie this year on Amazon.  I think I blew about $600 on games and movies last year, PLUS bought the Vita bundle.  It's not that I don't want anything either, it's that I'm not seeing anything really great.  I did bite on that 17" HP laptop for my wife though.  Still, it really seems like Amazon WAY dialed back the BF deals this year.

 
For those having problems with redeeming PS Plus codes, try using the "Redeem Codes" option on the PS3 XMB which is under Account Management in the PSN section.

I got mine to go through that way this morning after multiple tries on both PS4 & Vita.

Yep mine worked this way as well, i'm now good until may 2015. But I'm now debating if I should buy one more year or do you guys think they will have another plus sale next black friday?

Yeah since I opened the games I can't return them. So either I sell the new xbone versions or try to trade them for ps4 versions with someone haha

I laugh at people who continue every really to get their hopes up for months that amazon is gonna have some spectacular deals cause they did years ago. Too much hype starts way too early, too many people posting "_____ for $10/15/20!" and then everyone gets disappointed/butthurt. I personally go in with no expectations of anything great and walk out with a ton of stuff from them.

 
I decided against getting the Vita bundle *sigh* I didn't like the games that came with it and I didn't want to force myself to get it because I really just want the Vita to play Persona 4 Golden in anticipation for the 3DS game that is coming this year and Persona 5. Guess I will have to wait another year.

I went to target last night at like 12:30am and they had a shit load of ps3 bundles left, as well as the xbox 360 bundles. I mean a LOT. The last of us + another game I forgot, bundle. I was tempted but I had to pass since I want a ps4!
