Brutal Legend was a GREAT rental...however with all these other blockbusters out now, I don't think it's worth much more than one playthrough.

The Two-Day Shipping takes away holidays and weekends.
So if you dont count Thanksgiving or Saturday and Sunday. it should be arriving Monday the earliest or Tuesday the latest

I love Amazon. I haven't had any desire to leave the house on Thanksgiving weekend for years thanks to their deals.
 
Can anyone give some advise on this? I got L4D2 and it said price was 34.99 but the statement came up to 39.99 plus shipping of 4.99 minus a gift certificate of 4.99 so it totaled back to 39.99. However i dont know why it went to $39.99 since the original price was the $34.99 amount and i cant find one single area to contact someone directly in Amazon to see what happened. Did this happen to anyone here?
 
Amazon's customer service has never been great but this morning they have been especially terrible. As a prime member i cant change my order once it has been placed so I am stuck with paying 35 bucks for RE 5 as rep after rep tells me that no deal ever existed.

wait your getting your game on the 27th i ordered tekken 6 bundle with 2 day prime on the 24 n my game is expected on the 29--

n as for your prob it really isnt one they just ship what they have on hand right away--n theyll send you godfather when they have it or find it--but theyll send it-

i ordered i am legend with my tekken bundle in the same order n im getting tekken on the 29th n not getting the movie til dec 1.

doubt it will be-----but just purchase it later on at night n put ground shipping so it take longer for them to ship it and you can always cancel before they ship in case that $25 deal does happen.

Dragon Age seems to be going much faster now for both systems...must be all of the people waking up on the East coast that didn't set an alarm like me to wake up at 3am and buy it. lol

the only reason Amazon sold it at 35 is because Best Buy sold it at 35 today, the same could be said with the other stores that will sell l4d2 tomorrow at 35.

I really doubt the game will go down any lower because few retailers are selling the game at 35 for Black Friday. even if it did, 30 could be the lowest also the game just came out

Well I just didn't wanna pay 35 and see it drop even lower. My nearest BB is 30 min away, and I will be heading back to my university tomorrow night but I don't wanna chance it...ya know? And if I could sleep in in the morning and just get L4D now, it'd be sweet.

So again why is prime 2 day shipping saying it will deliver stuff on dec 1--wich is about 5-6days-i know its thanksgiving and all but really-so is this going to be like this tommorow as well

For those worried about tomorrow's price. If it's lower, just cancel this order and buy another L4D2. I picked Super Saver Shipping so I'll have time to cancel before they ship it out.
 
I'll probably just bite when Casino Royale drops to 2 bucks along with Gladiator on Blu Ray and possibly DAO, don't know yet. Either way, I am supposed to pick up my friend a L4D2, so if I find one cheaper he can get the 35 copy.
 
Last year there were A LOT of games that were on sale but not part of anything like a Lightning Deal. I remember that people were posting the sale items as they found them.

It would be cool if Amazon did that again this year, but haven't heard anything about it (not that we necessarily would at this point yet).

Okay WTF AMAZON. I added l4d2 to my cart for 35 bucks but when I went to checkout it was still at 40. Of course, I tried to delete it and then re-add it again but now it says they are all claimed. If I log out and look at the list I can see that the l4d2 deal is still going so apparently it's tied to my account. So now since it shows up as claimed already for my account I can no longer try to re-add the item for 35. I noticed the same thing happened with PS3 Dragon age since I had added that to my cart earlier but then removed it. It too says that it is claimed even though there are still some left. WTF I WANT MY FN l4D2

i then bought it for a year

if you are new, get the free trial for prime.
 
Anyone know how to see available promotional credits without having to add an eligible item to the cart?

F8cking sh8t I'm just watching all these L4D2 go and I can't do anything about it. The game is still shown as claimed on my account even though I know there are some left. How can I reset this so I can add it to my cart again for 35????
 
Argh. Sorely tempted by Dragon Age, but I've got a feeling there'll be more deals on it in the coming months. Picked up Klonoa, ToS: DotNW, SCIV, and Magna Carta II as that's probably the lowest those are going to go for the foreseeable future. If this is only thursday, Amazon BF is going to be a beast. Bring it, I say :D
 
Wow, I can't believe L4D2 has lasted this long. I bit, since I wanted to get it as a gift for the nephews, and held out last night from ordering it for $35 plus tax (and possible shipping) from Best Buy.

Same thing happened to me, i starte a discussion there on Amazon see if i can get some answers. Hopefully it will get rectified.
