This might have been answered (I'm working from a few pages back), but on the Tools of Destruction page it states, "Limited quantities of this item are available at a discount for a limited time today." So its definitely that!

wonderful. dead space and vesperia came in today, except vesperia took a razor blade right down the middle of the case apparently..

If your a collector there is. I have ~400 games between PS3/360/Wii/PSP/DS and not one are Platinum/GH/whatever. To me, I pick up most any game that's under $10-$20 (except Wii, there is some real garbage there). So having the original cover makes it a bigger deal and when Amazon sends me the remaked covers when they advertise otherwise, I get a bit irked.

.. but that's just me. I was scarred as a kid by trading in every NES/SNES game I owned to pay for the next new game and having nothing to show for it years later. Now my wife does not let me trade anything since she knows it means a lot to me.

Actually, I think people have been somewhat reasonable today.

Compare this to any Lightning Deals thread and people are being downright neighborly.

In for ODST, never got HALO 3 so this is a pretty good deal for me. Really curious as to whether the deal "Liberty City is home." is the 360 expansions. I think im done spending
 
Maybe a stupid question. If Tekken 6 is already on sale. How could it be tekken 6 again? It would have to be the bundle. That one clue says a legendary fighter. What else could it be besides Street Fighter IV, and I doubt its that for 10.

But as 'bad' as a lot of people are saying it is Amazon will still walk away with retailer of the year. It's like having a bad day in your $5 million home. You're still rich and live in a big house.

There are many legendary fighters, though SFIV seems most likely. Could be Tekken 6, SC4, MKvDC, hell, Virtua Fighter 5 is a possibility. Sure SF is the most legendary, but those other fighters have been around for 10 years or more.
 
meh, 16 doesnt seem like that great of a deal. I could probably pick this up for free someday at gamestop b2g1...

fwiw i have one in my cart. toying with the idea.
 
ToV came in, now I have 4 more packages coming in. Apparently my last 2 orders didn't even process yet (I bought 2 more copies of ToV and Magna Carta 2 early yesterday morning).

The $400 massive popcorn maker? I saw that being claimed, so I know it actually was being sold. They delete off 100% claimed items after a short period of time, so it can appear to be removed, but might have been sold at an earlier time.

The popcorn maker is listed under expired items. The seat cushion I was looking at just completely vanished. The worst part is that it disappeared about 15 mins before it was supposed to go live... after I had been watching it for over an hour count down.

I sent them an email to complain. Hopefully, they give me a coupon or something.

b2g1 free deals are really just 33% off (at best) sales. You don't actually get anything free.

Forgive me if someone already suggested this (I didn't read all 72 pages of this thread before posting this), but wouldn't the "Cowabunga!" deal be something related to TMNT? Smash Up most likely.
