F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

No, and you shouldn't either. If they really sold 8 million of them, we're going to be seeing them for $20 by the end of the year.
You did well, because TWEWY is one of the greatest games ever created.
Is it really that good/worth it? I've only played about 3 DS games since I'm new to this handheld, and I've been trying to pick up the best ones. I've heard this come up more than once.

I highly recommend TWEWY. I got it a few years ago and just played it for like 2 weeks since it was so addicting.
Has anyone ordered a Kinect in Very Good condition?
I ordered one listed as Good a few weeks and although it was obviously a trade-in, it works perfectly and I'm quite happy with it. With Very Good, I'm sure you'll get one you'll be happy with.
Alright... admission time. While I still can't stand UPS, and as a corporate entity they really irk me; the guy working at the customer service was pretty cool. He was prompt, friendly, and thanked me for both calling in this afternoon, and for the "business". Gotta give credit where credit is due.

Anyhoo, as soon as I got in my car, I opened everything up. Original box was included, though it was beat to heck. I quickly realized the seals were busted, and I got nervous. Opened it up, and while the system was in the little "sleeve", it had marks and finger prints all over it. :whistle2:( Then I opened it up, and there were prints on the screen, and two terribly applied screen covers. I got a bit disappointed, and so I put it all away and drove home where there'd be better light.

Once home, I grabbed a lens cleaning wipe, and went to town. And now, it looks 99% brand new. It booted to a setup screen, and everything seems to be working great. I don't notice any dead/stuck pixels, either. So, while I still wanna give it a few days before making a final judgment; right now, I'm a pretty happy camper!

Thanks everyone who's listened to me rant and worry for the last couple days. I'll try to get back to deal posting again ;p ... Hey, if anyone wants to buy a sealed Mario Kart, lemme know ;p

Now, do I still want that 3DS I have preordered...
I just received my Mario DSi XL today as well, Mine also came with a trashed box that looks worse than yours, all the seals were busted on mine as well. My Unit didnt come in the sleeve so there are some tiny scratches on th glossy lid from wubbing on the cardboard during shipping. but other than that everything was opened but in otehrwise great shape, no dead/stuck pixels and no fingerprints or smudges inside at all. Hadnt been setup at all either.
It's only $6 more for a new copy that comes with a 60 page artbook
Awesome, thanks for pointing that out. Picked one up.
From the day you ship it, my average is 5 days.
I should have clarified. How long of a turnaround for it to show up on AWD?
I should have clarified. How long of a turnaround for it to show up on AWD?
Oh. Well in that case, not sure.

Received my BF ps3 bundle that I ordered yesterday, and instead simply got a regular 160gb ps3. System was missing the game, movie, and Pixeljunk DLC (Description only said may be repackaged). Contacted amazon and they offered me a 30 dollar credit, which I accepted.
Box was pretty beat up and controller had obviously been used before. Everything else was resealed and they properly performed a system restore on the system, overall I cant really complain about a $160 ps3.

To whoever asked about how long it takes for AWD to get your stuff, I sent in several items, probably 12. One of them being that SE Street Fighter stick. They received the package 2 days ago but I still haven't gotten my credit. Sent a couple more things last week via USPS Media Mail (only option) and I can't even track it. Hopefully it gets there, but it was only $20 credit if not..

I'll still email them about it though.
doesnt come with a charger cable but it supports older psp chargers which is awesome
It's so weird how it doesn't come with a cable that only used to come with older PSPs when its only use is with the PSP Go. But luckily I knew that already. I am planning to just use USB as a power source.

FYI: There were 54 copies of this when I checked about 30 minutes ago.

But since it's posted here now I guess I better make my mind up soon since they'll likely sell out.:bomb:

And while not an AWD, Amazon.com has the original Dead Rising for 360 for $10 new now.

EDIT: :360:Dead Rising-used/good(3 available, $6.49): http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B000F3AADE/ref=dp_olp_used?ie=UTF8&condition=used

Um this sounds like the PS3 BF bundle that stated that it has "missing software cd" for ~200?
How can you tell how many copies are available? Probably right under my nose, but I can't seem to locate this information.

Thanks.
Add one to your cart, go to the cart, and make the quantity something insane, like 999. Click update.

Amazon will inform you that, 'sorry, the seller only has X amount as opposed to how many you want'.

Add it to your cart and change the quantity to 999 and it should say how many are actually available.
Just Cause 2 - PS3 Like New $19.99 (10 available)
Snagged one, she's going to love it (was one of her favorite releases last year) thanks much.
I've always wanted this game since I played the demo. How good is it on the PS3? I love multiplayer games but will i miss that here? is it fun?

What would you guys recommend out of this games?

Heavy Rain
Modnation Racers
Just Cause 2
All of them. Honestly. Played all three, and they were all well worth the $20 or so you're paying on AWD. Heavy rain is the only one that some people don't like, but if you know what you're in for (QTEs) then it's a fun ride.

I might as well. Its only going to be about 60 bucks for all three with AWD. And I also have 140 trade in credit. I also played the demos of them and found them enjoyable. Especially Heavy Rain and I dont usually like single player games that aren't sandbox.
