What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

No problem man. $65 is the lowest price I've ever seen for a Slim 250g hard drive. This thread is dead silent. Four hard drives stayed there for about half hour. Usually they should be gone pretty fast.

Yay. Ordered Battlefield Bad Company 2 Ultimate Edition for the PS3 and game came in today. I'd say it's in brand new condition. The warehouse sticker was also on the plastic wrap. Not under it. Maybe a brand new return? Also, dlc codes was un-used. So yay. Sad thing is, I already have the DLC for this game. So if anyone needs em, send me a PM. =)

Hey, me again. Couple hours later and I got a few reqest for the dlc. As promised I gave em away on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Have fun guys~

I got my PS3 3D Dot Heroes today that I ordered just a few days ago. Even though it was supposed to be used, it was factory sealed, and the disc and manual inside looked untouched. I'm very satisfied with my first AWD purchase and will be keeping my eyes open for other great deals. Thanks to the OP of that deal and so many of the other ones! Keep up all the hard work!
 
Thank you to the OP who gave us the heads up about the 250 gb hard drives for the Xbox Slim. I've been wanting to get one, but by the time I checked the thread, they had all already been purchased.

I've been monitoring this thread for about a week or so in attempt to pick up a PS Move.

Ended up finding one in like new condition on eBay WITH the navigation controller included.. for $85.

Ps move starter kit with navigation controller? At $85, good deal.

For just a ps move and navigation controller? You paid more than msrp.
 
As long as JeriKu ended up getting a starter bundle (Eye, Move Controller & Sports Champions) and a navigation controller, I think he got a good deal. Navigation controller'll run ya $30 with the bundle running another $100 MSRP.

I've been keeping an eye on Move bundles on Warehouse for a while and the lowest I've seen for like new is around $70 or so.
 
I known this isn't specifically an Amazon Warehouse question, so I apologize, but please bear with me for a moment.

I found that I had a $10 video game credit in my account earlier. I've seen it stated that the Black Friday Xbox Live credits were converted somehow to a general gaming credit, which would explain why I have it, but nothing I try to order seems to qualify. It never gets applied. I've tried ordering new, new fulfilled by Amazon, and used from Warehouse, but none of them seem to work. Am I missing something here, guys? I'm sure it's something stupid on my part, but I'm not sure what.

I'm having that same problem. Shows as me having $10 dollar credit but it can't be applied anywhere. Tried it with a bunch of games.
 
I believe those gaming credits only applies to games shipped by amazon not fulfilled by them. I think You can't use those for amazon warehouse deals either.

I believe those $10 credits were converted to Software/PC Downloads credit.

The easiest way to check the balance is to go into the Video ON Demand section and click a movie.

At the very bottom of the main section find the bar that shows "Redeem a gift card of promotion code". It will show you balances across all the different sections. MP3 credits, Software Downloads, etc.

My GOW psp bundle I bought from amazon arrived, but it came with a dead/stuck pixel near the middle of the screen. I started up GOW Ghost of Sparta and the pixel stayed that way though the opening cutscene.
The bundle has been returned, beware CAG of any future GOW PSP bundle on Amazon warehouse as it could be mine with a dead (or maybe stuck) pixel.


And while I have read that there are fixes for a stuck pixel, I don't want to start my ownership of a new console doing troubleshooting.

I really hope that's not the one I bought and returned. If it came w/ 2 copies of Kick Ass, it was. I told them it was busted. Even the joystick was broken, as Kratos would move toward the bottom of the screen w/out touching it.

I recommend to those who experience dead or stuck pixels on their PSPs to try some of the solutions before deciding to return them. At the very least, you can get a measure of whether or not it's worth keeping.
 
Have you guys actually tried putting something in the cart and clicking checkout to see if the credit is actually deducted? I made a thread about this a few weeks back and a lot of us had the credit in the account but it didn't actually deduct at checkout.

Is that because you were trying to buy something physical? its listed as SOFTWARE/GAME DOWNLOAD CREDIT
 
I had/have one of those $10 credits, and it still only deducts for physical 12mo cards... I contacted Amazon asking about it, and trying to get it converted, but the lady I got was extremely rude.

So, mine hasn't been converted at least.

Odd. When I asked about it, the dude just apologized and refunded me $10, lol.
 
250 GB 360 HD.... oh what a joy that would be! My old launch 20 gig is still kicking though, and unless I find a 250 for like.... $10, I can't buy it. :p
 
speaking of the ps3 bf bundle, mine came with a controller labeled "six axis". although i have no idea what they are, i thought they were phased out?

I think those were the original ps3 console controllers. Those ones were motion sensative so you could lean them when playing certain games. Sounds like someone swapped their old controller for the one in that bundle. Does the controller vibrate at all? I know my old 80 gb consoles controller doesn't vibrate because its one of the old designs.

shit...that could've been the case then :( because nothing was opened in the bundle except the controller. oh well. it feels brand new anyway.

and i did have another sixaxis controller before this one and it did vibrate.

Controllers labeled six axis are the original PS3 controllers. If it's labeled Dual Shock 3 then it has vibration AND six axis motion control. The vibrating mechanism was left out of the original controller due to patent issues / license fees or some other similar nonsense.
 
Have to return the Power Stone 2 I ordered, this will be my first return. The case was cracked everywhere and the disc didn't hold properly in the case resulting in a whole bunch of scratches. The condition was Like New too.

Wrong. The Dualshock 3 controller also has the word "SIXAXIS" on it.

Correct; DS3 have both Sixaxis and Dualshock 3 printed on them in blue text.
 
Got my 4GB Slim in today. Looks to be new, never even taken out of the static-y wrapping on the inside. Haven't hooked it up yet, have to run to Walmart and grab some Torx screwdrivers to open my old HDD and swap it in, but will let everyone know if it works later (more than likely does).

Edit: Just got the HDD out of the old enclosure and into the new one. About to power up the console and do a license transfer. Hopefully all the stuff in my queue from the end of last year all download after the license transfer.
