What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

My delivery estimate is March 8 at the earliest, although I did choose standard shipping.

Wouldn't locking in your TIV now put you on the very outside of your trade-in window? Unless you guys are on the East Coast, so less time to ship it to NorAm?

Edit: Oh, unless you guys are planning on trading in your current copies right now anyways. I guess that makes sense

I did plan on trading mine in after finishing it anyway, and was going to rebuy it at a lower price in the near future. I never thought the near future would be before I had even finished playing the game, haha.

Campaign took me 7 hours on normal, but I watched all the cutscenes and I suck at it. I'd assume if you're good and skip the scnes, you could do it in 4. It's really quite short.

I'm in Indiana, but no, I wasn't planning on trading it, but I figure if it says it's shipping I'll take it to the UPS store after I get off work on March 8th. I've already beat the game anyway, just need the multiplayer stuff and I could always order it again during a b2g1 or something if this is bunk. Honestly, I doubt this goes through though, so it's worth the gamble.

The order I placed last night was cancelled this morning. I called a buddy of mine just now that placed a order last night and asked him to check his status. His was cancelled as well.

If anyone cares, I ordered a Like New Hitachi Nail gun from AWH ($53.99) and it came brand new. To go along with my 2 DSI XL's and PS3 move starter bundle all the stuff from the warehouse has been great!

Trade in window?... before the shipping deadline has passed or it expires? If it expires than yeah, but that takes a while right? I've sent in about 50% of my trades past the shipping deadline and they still accept it! :)

Why would them having a listing on Inc matter? I doubt they would take a loss of $80+ on over 200 of those games because "it's the right thing to do."

Nah, I meant that they wouldn't "take the money and run" like a few people suggested. I'm perfectly content with a cancellation / refund if that's what they end up doing. I just don't want to end up with disc only if they do end up fulfilling some of the orders. Would just be a pain in the butt to return everything. If for some reason they decide to fulfill some of them and I get one or 2 of the full bundle, even better :)

Either way I suppose it was worth a shot. I won't be disappointed if it gets canceled, I'm not expecting a miracle here.

If they were provided by the publisher, there's no loss regardless of what they sold them for.

If they're a media company who bought them for one reason or another and can't use them, why wouldn't they offload them at a stupid price just to get them out of the office and at least recoop some of their investment?

It's unlikely, but those are semi-legit reasons as to why this could be the real deal.
 
Mine still says shipping. I'm thinking they're just incompetent. If I was running that shop I would have ended that listing the second I got an order for it. Seriously.

Thanks, just picked it up! Really was looking forward to eventually getting this superior version after playing the 360 one and this seems to be one of the best prices I've seen.

Oh and my KZ3 was cancelled too with the following message:

My guess is they probably had 200 orders or something. God know how many people saw this before it was posted here. But being that several of us have already had our orders canceled, it's just a matter of time....

ROFL sigh I think I got copy you returned in the mail today. Are you serious..

This is just pathetic. First of all I received a black eco case with a PSO (non plus) version label that is printed on regular paper. There is no instruction booklet, only a GameCube precautions booklet and the game is StarFox adventures.

Yep. It was chock full of disappointment and that was exactly my copy I returned. I couldn't believe it when I got it.

I am even more surprised they put it back in the warehouse after I explicitly told them nothing about the product was what it was supposed to be and that the disc was a completely different game.

I'm still not sure if someone traded it in like that and it got through or it happened somewhere else down the line.

BTW how much did they try to charge for it the 2nd time around?

Nah, but I'm not naive enough to think it won't get cancelled at 29.88, so why not see if i can at least get it discounted? I'd still pay 60-70 for it if they'd offer it to me. It's worth a shot, and I have a better chance of that than it processing at 29.88.

You can't cancel marketplace orders that aren't fulfilled by Amazon. Only the seller is given that option.

Shipping soon means nothing when dealing with marketplace orders. The only update that matters is when you get an email that it's been shipped. Everything else is just an automated update.
