What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

They def wont match everything, but Batman is listed cheap at too many retailers for them not to take notice, not to mention it will be online at bestbuy.com Thursday. Safe bet to wait on AC

I got lucky, i got free two day shipping on mine. Just checked the tracking and it's already out for delivery right now. Should have mine by 5pm. :bouncy:

Arrived today, 'like-new' was factory sealed ... pretty stoked to finally play this!

All warehouse games are Re-Factory sealed.
 
Got my "acceptable" $34 copy of Skyrim just now.

The disc itself is pristine. I don't think it was ever played. The box art, though, looks almost like someone's puppy got to it. Both instruction manuals (for some reason there are two identical ones) have tears through the tops of them but are perfectly readable. The map seems to be fine. A little rough around the edges but that's doesn't matter.

Overall pretty sweet for that price in the same week as release.

I would just stick with the $30 at Amazon. After BF there will be a lot of GOW3 copies floating around.

Made my first Warehouse purchase, but it wasnt a game. Found some parts for our Weber grill 50% off because the box had a rip in it. Had no idea the amount of the items in the Warehouse.

I ordered the PS2 version hoping to get a cheap 2 disc case, it was black label but only one disc in a generic DVD case. Ordered a couple of Jam Packs for about 75 cents each, also generic DVD cases. The Amazon sticker leaves a decent amount of residue too.

Got a 'like new' Xenogears, GH of course. The discs were nice but very dusty, the case had a few cracks. It was one of those double cases with 4 spindles, but 2 disc games usually only had two spindles. I don't care but there are people out there who are extremely picky about that kind of thing.

Its cool. I don't display game cases anyway. I travel a lot so most of my games are in CD cases and the majority of my cases are in assorted family members' garages. Besides, the spine is fine. No one would notice if I ever did decide to display them. Its all good.

Just had my first problem with AWD ordered uncharted 2 received an uncharted 2 case and manual but with "Avatar: The last Airbender into the inferno" for the wii

I just ordered an Asus Transformer tablet that was in like-new condition. Hopefully it's a dented box kind of situation and no one has opened it. I've always had great experiences when buying from AWD. My bro bought a really nice Panasonic LCD TV and the thing was brand-new. No signs of anyone opening it.

@VindictiveGnome: Yesterday, I ordered an ASUS Transformer Tablet + Keyboard docking station in recertified condition and both are opened box. I've paid two-third the price of 2 from NewEgg.com. Also, I'd upgraded 2-day shipping with shoprunner. Will let you know what kind of situation when I get them in.

Thanks for the Bayonetta deal. I've played it on the PS3 and loved it, but I want to see if they 360 version is still better. It doesn't hurt that it might be the best action game of all time.

Damn, that sucks. I received my Uncharted 2 earlier today and heard the disc was loose on the case. I opened it but the disc was fine and pristine (the case was too). Another excellent purchase from AWD.

I'm pretty sure Amazon CS will right your wrong :)

Ordered the "acceptable" Dreamcast, came w/ box and manuals, only problems were some scratches on the system due to shipping it without cardboard inserts inside the box.

With Bestbuy opening at midnight this year, im tempted to wait in line for some stuff, like the transformer for $250. :D

I would have to get in line right after Thanksgiving dinner with the family. I am not that dedicated, but I applaud the people who are. If Amazon matches the price, I will buy one and return the Transformer bought from AWD. I highly doubt that will happen, though. I went from buying a Kindle Fire to almost purchasing an iPad 2, then finally settling on the Transformer. Glad to be in the tablet world now!

I have an HP touchpad myself, but if i could get a asus transformer, and then eventually the keyboard dock that would be awesome. :D Welcome to the tablet world :D
