What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Of course you can, but only as Acceptable without swapping cases. I did this by simply pulling the paper insert from the case.

Well, I got my TV today and it looks to be in really great condition. Shame I can't even try it out because they didn't send me a power cord. blargh

My copy of Skyward Sword that I got for 37.49 on AWD came yesterday and I was SHOCKED that it was sealed with the sticker on the OUTSIDE. Opened it: Nintendo Club card in its proper place and new game smell. I was so excited that I got a brand new copy!

Must've been from the controller bundle. So my answer would be yes or maybe it depends on if they notice it. But in this case, I'm stoked!
 
For anybody bummed about missing out on El Shaddai, don't beat yourself up. It looks cool but is boring as hell.

Also, I haven't been following AWD for awhile but are trade-ins now sold here? I thought it was open box returns and stuff damaged in shipping.

I was here.. I skipped the deal on purpose. No prior experience with Gamefly so I skipped it. I was willing to pay extra knowing I'd get a good copy from AWD. Next year maybe.

Most games from gamefly come in pristine condition as well as online codes, the only real pressing issue are the small chips on the edge of the discs which pretty much means you should install the PS3 and xbox 360 games to see if they work but other than that they are pretty stellar in delivering awesome games for a relatively cheap price

Just print the barcode of the game off the internet and place it over the not for resale barcode.
It worked 3 times for me.
 
seller has at least 44 copies of Saints Row and Zelda...sketchy beyond belief. But how does this theoretically get past Amazon's guarantee? He can only scam Amazon, not the buyer.
 
Woohoo, my $41.99 WHD Tekken Hybrid Limited Edition shipped! It says it's new but the outer package may be damaged and it may be repackaged, but I still get all the Ltd edition items for $2 more than the regular edition cost - SCORE!

The game comes with 30 days of gametime, and yes this will.

Also after ordering it changed delivery estimate to December 24th with FSSS, sure hope that's accurate cause I got it as a gift.

Whoops, I have no idea why I said 60. Thanks though! I have been torn between the standard edition and the digital deluxe. Does anyone know if all the digital deluxe items can be obtained at some point? I really just want the training bot and the flare gun. The STAP wouldn't be bad either but I know that's not the type of 'mount' I'd use when I finally got to that point.

You can upgrade on their site for the $20 difference.

There is a supposedly a new MK9 Komplete Kollection coming out with all the DLC on the disc, might want to hold off. Its already been rated in europe.
 
My $23.99 "Acceptable" Arkham City came today and the game is factory sealed (with the actual Microsoft seal on the side) and it came packaged with a comic. It said there was a large wrinkle on the front, but there isn't... I'm more than happy with what I got today!

I ordered Rage in good and a TV in good condition, I think they overestimate their conditions. The TV supposedly had four scratches, which I was able to find a slight possible scratch on the back, but nothing else. Works for me, though.

Heh, when I hear stories like this, I think about the people who buy something "Like New" and get some trashed item.

Especially for collector's edition copies. I love ordering Like-new CE titles, only to get a game disc only in a generic case.

There was 3-5 of them a few days ago and 3-5 of them today, so not very often at all, and I wouldn't expect anymore to show up.

And since they are not released yet it is most likely going to come in the original box but damage from shipping or getting tossed around in the warehouse, the key will be unused which is all that matters. If for some reason the key doesn't work, then just raise hell with amazon and they will fix it.

I've been watching the warehouse off and on all day. I guess I'll wait to see if I get an Amazon gc for Christmas/birthday to put towards a new version. Thanks, man!

I felt bad for not pulling the trigger when they first showed up, and randomly today I decided to check again and bam they were there, only 3 of them I believe and another CAGer got 1 of them.
