What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I dont know if I can mention it, but, its one of those "watch videos for points" websites, except it only took 3 videos to get a 20% discount (max allowed) in their store. I purchased it, free shipping, and 2 days later, its here! :O

I bought it pretty cheap and found the campaign pretty enjoyable, too.
 
anyone else see the statement amazon made on the vita page. seems they getting complaints on the orders. maybe that means a few should be popping up real soon!! :D

it was my fault for being dumb about it, really.

I had ordered one as soon as somebody on here posted, but then I noticed they had one that didn't say "item may come repackaged," so I foolishly cancelled my first order and one-clicked on that.

never again.

glad to see a CAG got the one I cancelled, though. :]

What moron thinks they're going to get $420 for the WiFi Vita?

Has anyone been lucky enough to actually snag a cheaper Vita yet? I've been checking through the day for the past week and haven't seen anything.

Yeah that's weird. I looked at the same thing which is why I didn't see it.

The one that has the notice matches the ASIN in the description. So the other ASIN must have been created by Price Pros. (I hate when retailers do that and confuse everyone.)

This happened with the 3DS but it was at least a month later because they got too many returns due to either the loose hinge or the screen marking. Nintendo told them the loose hinge was normal so instead of dealing with all the returns, Amazon stopped selling the 3DS.

I wonder if it's just a minor blip with the launch bundle. It's too early for everyone to be freaking out about bad batches. Either way, more returns = more AWDs.

Yes Sir, thats what i was thinking but just weird to see that notice on one page and not the other like previously stated, and more curious to find out what exactly was wrong with all those complaints?

not require, no. if you want to get past level five, you have to have an online pass, though.

I would be willing to bet its the whole free 3G + Game thing. Given its stated on site in the "fine print" but I know a lot of people thought it was flat out free and the game can be got day 1.

As it stands you have to pay for first month, receive your 2nd month free and get the free game AFTER the first month.

Thinking this is causing the returns/complaints

Yep I'd guess that could be what it is. The other complaint I see is the blotchy screen but of course if it were that it should be all vitas and not just the FEB. If it is due to the "free" game though, good. I don't care if it's in bold all over the place it's a shitty way to do it. In reality though it may also be because the FEB was $350 and a ripoff compared to some of these other deals, so buyers remorse could be playing a part too.

Aside from the typical Sony fuck ups however, the Vita itself is awesome.
 
What do slim 360s typically go for? I'm about to get some credit and I may upgrade from my old loud dying 360. I did pick up a bulletstorm last night for $9.xx from the warehouse in like new condition.

Exactly what I was going to say. This may be the reason why it's under review, people just want the free game day one.

Would that Twisted Metal include the Online Pass thing? Its the cheapest I have seen it for, and I don't think its going on sale this week either.

I think Warehouse deals are kind of a gamble with this sort of thing, but that being said not sure how this online pass for the game works; but since the game is closer to release I'd say it's a good chance the game was damaged slightly in the warehouse and wasn't ever in the hands of someone else. Unless someone just played it for a few days and really hated it of course, but I'd say that's less likely because it's a game you play for a period of time and you're going to buy it if you enjoyed the past games.

You can always return it too.
