What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I bought the 3g vita and received the wifi version. I called amazon and told them i want to keep the item if they fix the price but they said that is not possible. so now i have to return the vita and four vita games i bought. Lol they woul rather pay 10 bucks shipping than adjust the price to the real value. I think someone is going to be fired in the warehouse because is the second mistake in two months.
 
Doh, I completely forgot about having to have a separate memory card for each profile on the Vita. Now I guess I'm in the market for a second one for my wife too. #-o
 
I got my vita (FEB) good condition for $214.99. The item box was banged up a little, not a huge deal. Everything looked intact. Little Deviants game was still sealed. 4gb memory card was still sealed. AR cards were still sealed. The only things touched were the vita, cables, and the travel pouch. Vita looked fine and turned on fine and went to setup screen (first start up screen). On closer inspection the Vita had one glaring flaw. It looked as if it had been dropped on its side and is missing a metal chip from top left corner of the metal bezel that goes around the the unit (how is that even possible?). The unit is working fine so far, so hanging on to it and if something goes wrong I will contact Amazon customer service. Otherwise very happy with the purchase and loving it. :D

I ordered a skylanders prism break and RDR GOY last week and received a completely different figure and an Asian version of RDR. Stoner mustve been on duty.
 
I think Email in situations of asking them to give you the difference is better than phone calls.

When they do mess up with my order, an email never fails to make it right for me.

Actually they had at least 2 used-good at that price i think, because after i ordered the one, they still had one left to order. :)

I have the Wireless Stereo Headset for PS3 but I really wish I could use it for my 360.... thinking of selling it and buying one on AWD that works with both systems, any suggestions?

I have an Onza TE. It's not very good. Feels cheap and flimsy. Buttons are very shallow. The MS controllers are better build quality.

The FEB box itself, was in somewhat rough shape. The memory card, little deviants, AR Cards and data service information sheets were still brand new/sealed.

Vita system box was opened, but all the contents inside were still brand new. Looked like the broke the seal on the Vita system box and didnt touch it after that.

The system did not work. The bottom left corner of the screen was unresponsive. I tried to update and restore the Vita and still had the same issue. Had to send it back for a refund :cry:

My MLB show came sealed and the code was not used.. I know its hit or miss but I guess I got lucky with getting a completely sealed copy

Got my replacement "Like New" Vita today. The box was pretty much perfect and everything inside was sealed. The Vita itself only had a couple smudges. I've been messing around with it for a little while and it's pretty cool.

No buyer's remorse yet.

My guess would be that it would be included. I doubt many people are using the online pass for this, as always though, its YMMV.
 
yea I took my chances with it this being the last game i want right now for the vita hopefully I get a true "like new" copy
