What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

The 3DS is getting excellent games since August of last year, and it just keeps getting better.

With the Vita? I'd be surprised if someone can name one game (aside from Gravity Daze, which looks cool) that rivals the best stuff the 3DS has to offer.

Super star dust? Hahah, it probably is the best game. I want a full fledge game with multiplayer already!

Actually, they are probably pretty close to being correct. I ordered a few games today on the Amazon warehouse that only had ONE copy left. I purchased it. 30 mins later I went to check the inventory and the same exact games were listed by the same seller.

Amazon Warehouse is very slow to update compared to regular Amazon. I can't wait to see your face if you are wrong and not "those amateurs".

I got my Mass Effect 3, but disc 1 comes up unreadable. Disk 2 is fine, and installed okay.. any ideas/help? Amazon won't replace it since it was an AWD used copy.

Some of us that love those type of games said the same thing for PS3 the first year or two.

Full refund and free return shipping. Those are the terms and risks you take buying from AWD. Win some, waste a little time on others.

Well... I actually managed to make the disc readable. I troubleshooted via Microsoft's website for the error code, and gave the disc several desperate passes with a cloth. I just hope it stays working. Amazon was really good about it, though.

Oh nice. I've never put that kind of effort into it. I imagine if you get the disc to install once you'll be good to go.

I really hope so. Disk 1 is installing now. It kept coming up 'Disc Unreadable' or 'Play Game' (which then lead to a 'Disc is unreadable.' error...). I honestly bought it mostly for the MP, which I can apparently play with disc 2, but I'd still hate to miss out on half of the game.

And of course, it came with the online pass and Gold trial, but used. (I think I saw someone asking about this recently, even though it's general knowledge that you should assume it will be used.)

Just a FYI my xbox is doing the same thing with Mass Effect 2 ,Assassin Creed 2 and a few other games. I was told my disc drive is on It's last legs. Thus hoping for a price drop come E3 or a lucky score with a Gear 3 console.

is RPG just out date i mean 1 or 2 in a year on the 3ds... 1 for the vita (though its new)

I've ordered a couple systems in "Good" condition and they came brand new and/or repackaged. Could just be good luck, though.

Pretty much a gamble anytime you buy something used without seeing it first. You can always return for full refund, though.

Reminds me of the Vita memory card I preordered on Amazon but the box was not that big, but if it was I would have never found the small card.

I didn't even notice the giant ass box for just one game. I thought the problem at first was that they sent you the Special Edition instead of the Collector's. Then it popped

after a pretty good streak, I've just had two bad experiences with AWD in a row. Ordered a VG silver 360 controller play and charge kit last week, and the controller came with two of the buttons not working. Sent that back, and it just so happens that there was a LN version of the same item in stock and the amazon rep was able to upgrade it to 1 day shipping for it. The replacement came today and this one wouldn't even turn on to begin with. Checked the rechargeable battery pack in another controller of mine and it works fine so it's definitely the controller. Talked with another rep, and he just gave me a $5 promo credit for the hassle and this controller's going straight back again. I think I'm done taking my chances with the AWD controllers.
 
Lol bought a lawnmover blade and the box arrived empty with a hole in the upper right side. I guess someone forgot to pack it properly so it didn't break the box.
 
is there something wrong with the AWD page? a lot of the front page items are "sign up to be notified when it becomes available."

I've ordered four games in "Good" condition.

One's cover art was water damaged, another had numerical writing on the disc, and the other two were factory sealed (with the 360 seals still on the side of the package. One had a minor rip in the plastic wrap, the other had no imperfections).

I'm curious as to why amazon didn't put the extra orders as backorders. Does this mean they no longer plan on selling used vitas for the foreseeable future?
 
I got a 8gb iPod nano (new gen) good rated that was flawless just no apple box or manuals. For the person nervouse about the vita.

Also comes with all the DLC and extra stuff that wasn't on the PS3 version.

Also Tales of the Abyss is probably the only good 3DS game and that's just a port/remake of a PS2 game.
3DS has a sizable lead on Vita and still hasn't come out with much worthwhile.

Tales of the Abyss is only impressive in that they got a PS2 game on a portable system and made it look decent. It's hardly the best 3DS game to say nothing of the "only good" one.

Mario 3DS, Legend of Zelda OOT, and RE: Revelations are all great, and there are plenty more awesome games coming out in the future.

Vita also has plenty of great games in the works. I dunno why it has to be a competition. They are both good systems.

There was a 250gb hd for slim yesterday or day before, so yeah they come and go.

Yeah they show up occasionally. I got a Like New 320 GB one for $71.22, which is the cheapest I've seen them go.
 
Has anyone seen Asura's Wrath pop up yet? If so, how much was it? I figured this game would drop in price fast, but so far nothing.

Also? My console can beat up your console.
