What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

It took exactly 7 days from the date I ordered (March 20th) to when I received it (March 27th) ...I believe they shipped it the day after I placed the order.

It has an online pass. But it doesn't have true online multiplayer anyway.

You can play online without the pass, but all the in game money you earn from online isn't available for use unless you got the pass.

It does for the competitive multiplayer portion, but your run times in the singleplayer portionwill still be posted to the leaderboards (kind of like the way NFS: Hot Pursuit works with Autolog) without one.

I did see it yesterday for $23.99 so if you don't jump on it right away, chances are decent you'll see it at that price again soon.

is $21.88 for a like new "Assassin's Creed Revelations with TriOviz 3D Glasses" a good deal? I don't know anything about the glasses. Seems like it was a preorder bonus?

They were. It's nothing special. They are basically the red/blue of the old days, but less colorful so they don't change the hue as much of the game you're playing. They do work better then the old method but not as good as the new method. Basically it's a 1.5 version.

I personally think that's a decent deal for it. The lowest I recall seing it outside of the Target trade-in was $20 so this is only $1.88 more which is essentially the tax of buying it local.
 
Yeah that's a good deal. The glasses won't be anything like active shutter or passive thoug, and is likely to give you a headache. I tried the blue/red glasses with Arkham asylum Nd everything looks odd, but it's interesting. $20 for AC is decent anyway.

Should note I have a Sony 3D tv now and 3D never bothers me. But the red/blue did. No clue why.

Is anyone else having issues with AWD shipping lately?

I order Dead Rising zombrex and some other stuff on the 29th of last month and it still hasn't shipped yet. (1 day shipping)
I also ordered a PS3 Wireless headset and some mother's day stuff on the 2nd and it's status hasn't changed either.

Just wondering if it's just me? Or is it an issue with AWD.

I've ordered plenty of time from AWD and they always ship it in 2 days.

See a few posts above. They didn't ship my item for 7 days, and they cancelled it due to being "unavailable".

Yeah I saw that, but the stuff I order is still available on their site right now.
10 minutes ago they had 3 very good PS3 wireless headset.

So I hope that doesn't happen to me, because those orders has my Mother's day gifts.

Well i took a chance and was looking for a psp to play a couple of my UMD's and PSN psp collection till a major Vita price drop or revision. I took a chance on a very good PSP 3000 listing from gohastings. I will give them, the screen looks good, no scratches there. Problems are, came with no box, manuals, wrappings, nada. The ac adapter was wrapped around itself, not even a tie knot and it was stuffed in a generic white box with only a single piece of brown paper crumpled up. No bubble wrap, no nothing. The original face plate was removed and replaced with a lame tribal tattoo looking custom faceplate with a skull on it and the left shoulder button is stuck. Finally, its not even a psp 3000, its a PSP fat 1000.

Wow that is some bull right there. What was the condition listed as? Did you contact them??

It was listed as very good psp 3000. Yea I contacted them and got a return label. Will see how smoothly the return goes but being my first purchase from them will also be my last.

I don't buy from gohastings either. Condition is hit or miss (or, in your case, BIG miss).

There were a few that showed up yesterday. There were more right after launch due to people regretting the purchase and returns due to minor problems (dead pixel, chip in side).
