What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

They would have disagreed before the loan. I think they're quite angry and pissed off now though. I wonder if they could try to claim the IP for the game and then sell it to EA, Activision or someone else.

It should be noted that unlike its console brethren, no online pass required, no dlc codes whatsoever. So buying used is definitely a safe buy here.

and to let me add on to that I love mortal kombat and have bought every console title they have came out with but with the vita version I played it one time and sold it the graphics are horrible looks too cartoony it looks nothing like the version on the PS3

Yeah Amazon and their generic descriptions have made me flinch for a second too long and lose a good deal more than once before.

I ordered a copy for myself but wondering if I should cancel. I mean it's decent price but not a steal or anything right?

I've heard they've paid off their first set of loans. I belive they said they're good until 2013..it was on xbox360achievements.org

I have a feeling this is the ultimate outcome of this ordeal.

Truly a shame from a gamers perspective because the studio had some promise. Amalur had the potential.

Maybe not. The studio could still pickup private investors and be able to rehire people and finish the MMO. If that doesnt happen, the state could try and sell the IP. The MMO was said to be in the works since 2006 so Im sure a lot of work has already been completed. I doubt that the IP is worth what the studio owes to the state however. Which is unfortunate for the taxpayers of RI.

If they default and the state sells the IP, I hope the IP ends up in the hands of a developer that knows how to manage its finances >

I am with ya. :D Who knows what that means, particularly given there isn't a lot of front real estate outside of buttons and screen.

I mean, if it was a reference to the actual item, it would refer to "front of item", like in some of the "cosmetic imperfection" descriptions, but is it worth the risk with E3 just around the corner...?

(Yes, yes, I know there's probably little-to-no chance of Sony price-dropping the Vita; they would more likely make game bundles at the same $249/$299 price point, but wouldn't $162.49 for a Vita and game from AWD be a potentially better deal down the road?)

EDIT: Ah heck, I bit on one of the "Good"s with a less-scary-sounding description. Hopefully I won't be burned. :whistle2:x

As a Rhode Islander yeah people are quite pissed, because by 2014 the cash put away for the loan is gone and the taxpayers are stuck footing the rest of the bill. But the problem is I think they were looking for private funding and once out idiot governor went public with the issues I think scared off private investors and now the rest is history.

Don't get me wrong, this state is corrupt and borderline idiotic, as Chafee basically came out during his campaign and said I am raising your taxes and got elected, and you can't open a business here without being taxed for flushing a toilet unless you grease the right palms, so good luck getting anything to ever come here again and try anything new and different in a dying state ran by unions and idiots.

Sucks since I met a few of the guys there while working my part time job at a game store, and these guys had passion and energy for Copernicus. And most of the guys I talked to weren't even from here, mostly from Seattle and LA.

Has the vita been any lower on AWD?
 
SD started a thread on the $162.50 Vita, they mention that the last time it was this price all orders were canceled. "Here we go again."

Without games or the expensive memory card, this thing is just an expensive paper weight. Right?

Except the 3DS doesn't use $75 dollar memory cards.

Don't buy a Vita until after E3. Good chance there might be a price drop. Not a significant one, but enough for there to be a better deal on a warehouse deal paper wei... vita.

Well I'm not going to argue with a nintendo fanboy, that's like trying to tell warren jeff's follower he's not a prophet, but my 8 gb only cost me $15 on amazon.

And I rather have a paper weight than a kids to... 3DS
 
I don't own a 3DS, actually. Just trying to make sure you understood how your post made no sense. The 3DS doesn't use overpriced memory cards. I'm also not a fanboy by any means, but it's nice to see that anyone who doesn't like what someone has to say about their choice in toys resorts to regurgitating that same old defense. Good ol' gamefaqs logic.

I picked up s used good one at that price awhile ago and it wad in great shape, just with a beat up box. I haven't seen one cheaper. Love it, play hot shots golf, lumines, and spend hours on disgaea 3 :)

When it comes right down to it aren't most systems kids toys? Sure there are games made not for kids, but without kids probably none of these systems exists.
