What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Thanks, grabbed DMC HD collection. Only HD collection I need now is Splinter Cell. Prett much got this for a few bucks after credit from trading in Silent Hill for PS1.
 
ME3 for $22.49 is a steal. I got a copy for my girlfriend last time it was that cheap, and it was in mint condition with online pass intact. YMMV on that last part, but fantastic deal nevertheless.

I'd rather pay $7 more and get a brand new copy that I know includes everything.

Also, why would anybody buy one of these a week away from E3? At the very least there may be a bundle announcement, which can only bring the price down.
Even if there's no price reduction for anything, it's still be good news. The further this rock sinks (thanks to Sony's greed), the cheaper it'll be.

The only thing keeping me from getting this is that I still have Mass Effect 2 in my shrinking backlog. I will get through it at some point, but for now that's preventing any temptation to jump at part 3.

Going to get Skyrim hopefully tonight or tomorrow, ordered BF3 and installed diablo 3. It's not top of the line but I sold my MacBook for $950 so made some money :)

The original versions were fascinating games...unfortunately the collection sets them back a bit both technically and even artistically due to the incompetence of Hijinx Studios. If you have never played them before, then popular opinion seems to be that they are still enjoyable and great games, but the glitches, performance problems (more so on PS3 but both have their share), and aesthetic adjustments ruin things for fans that already enjoyed their original forms.

Fully playable game is included; downloadable content (DLC) or codes for online play may require additional purchase.

"Codes for online play"..lol. I'd contact amazon to get that cleared up.
 
Has anyone seen inFamous 2 pop up recently? And if so, any idea of the price? I was looking at the digital version, but I really only want the game and don't care about the DLC.

Keep your eye on Gamefly. It shows up there relatively often. I saw it a few days ago for >$20. Haven't seen it on here outside of the PS3 bundle.

They have it used right now for $20. But I have a bunch of Amazon credit. I'll probably get it from GameFly, finish it, and flip it back to make up some of the cost. If I get the digital version, I'm stuck with it "forever".

I took mine out and it works fine. It just says "No Sim" in the upper left. I turn airplane mode on anyways since I only use Wifi. Dont care for seeing "No Signal" in the upper left, the tiny airplane symbol is fine.

I had no idea there was even a sim card in mine until I saw your post. (I won it from the Taco Bell instant win game.)

There is a little tray that holds the sim card. I wonder if that is also missing.

Must mean a 4 gb memory card or something, these don't have sims, they aren't phones.

There is quite literally nothing that can be removed from this device out of the box to have it be missing aside from the memory card that may have come with a FEB Vita
