What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

If unemployment and your wifes pay aren't equaling much how abouts you skip the iron maden tickets and take care of your daughters birthday party?

I'm not one to judge but if I had a 3 yr old and was on unemployment I would be taking care of the necessities and let everything else go for now.

My job was eliminated last year and I spent not one extra dime except for the bills until I found a new position.

My daughter's birthday comes first but there will be a tiny bit of wiggle room in the budget for other things and the tickets are shockingly cheap.
It's been my dream to see Maiden for 15 years now and with how old they all are, this may be my only chance.
I could however cut one of the shows out though. I don't NEED to see them in Charlotte and Atlanta, I only want to. But if the budget can handle it, I'm going.

I'm being considered for 2 remote jobs, one there and one at Diego Garcia. A lot more people would be hoping for Diego Garcia, the atoll in the middle of the Indian Ocean. It's 11 square miles, would be tax free, and has 2000-3000 people there, rather than a couple hundred at Thule in Greenland.

hopefully they dont drag their feet on your VA ... I know my dad had to fight for years before they got it. i think they put people though so many hoops they hope most give up and just dont even try for it
 
It appears that amazon doesn't take diablo 3 for trade but it could still be a returned item. I would say 50 50 on if the code still works, but you could always return it if it doesn't.

There doesn't seem to be any legit deals on games lately. I see a metric ton of Vitas going up though. Makes you wonder if it's a quality system or not.

It's a quality system, the problem is quantity of quality games. I've been playing Disgaea 3 on it, but unless you're in the niche market for Disgaea 3, or would buy a system just to play the next Uncharted, there's really no "Killer App."

It's got great potential, but I sold mine. It's probably, honestly, the best handheld ever made as far as features. The majority of the games out are ports or you can play superior versions on consoles.

There comes a time though, at least in my opinion, when they make full fledged games that look as good as their console counterparts, you have to ask yourself why would I pay $250 for a Vita base model when I can get a PS3/360 for the same price, the games are cheaper, and I'm not required to play on a 6" screen when I can play on a 32-55" (for most people).

That was my predicament. Sold it and invested in a gaming laptop. Happy with my decision.

Exactly the reason why I have no interest in picking up a Vita. If I want to play a complex and engaging game where I can fully appreciate the graphics, then i will just play it on a console and big HD TV using a comfortable gamepad. If I want to game on the go then I am perfectly satisfied playing shorter, simpler games just to pass the time. A smartphone or even my old DS is really more than enough for me to do so.

To me a DS/3DS is about as perfect as you can get for a handheld to me. I'm not even super impressed by tablets anymore, I have a MacBook Air and with it and Ultrabooks, they're lighter and do more than a tablet.
