What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

definitely complain, at least about the missing items.

When you think about it, Gearbox has made Borderlands and pretty much only borderlands. Brothers in Arms series is okay but Gearbox still is a fairly one shot pony to me

They coulda made a sweet Aliens game and instead outsourced it and then tried to rush and put out a crap game.

That sucks. I got a like new one today and it was definitely unused. I would complain, but of course nicely. If you want to keep the item they'll probably give 30 bucks or so off.
 
The $20 "Good" copy of Sly Cooper Thieves of Time PS3 came in without shrink wrap but looks like new and the vita version was unclaimed. Awesome buy. Gonna see if I can sell the disc off craigslist for $15 or $20.
 
Question from a warehouse noob. What do you guys watch in order to be so on-top of the latest items that come in? Do you just have a search and sort by new-and-popular? Or is there a secret?

If you are looking for something in particular search for a general term in the search field of the link above (ex. "Vita", "Wii U", "fightstick", "Call of Duty") and bookmark the search results link address to your web browser bar. That way you can periodically keep an eye out for things.

No. The code is only available when bought from Amazon. AWD is not the same thing.

I doubt that it would come with the dlc. Anybody who's actually bought a used copy from AWD receive the griffy dlc or get customer support to give it to you?

y is dead spce 3 so cheep already it is good game i buyed it preordered at bestbuy i f i knew it was ths cheep so fast i wuld have wait.i need 2 reorder the 1st 2 dedspace games i have the case 4 the game but i losed the cds....
 
Hey Pepsi Man ;), I saw your post before it got deleted so if you are reading this then the reason why Dead Space 3 is cheaper at Warehouse right now is because it is on sale for $49.99 (before it was on sale for $39.99) at Amazon itself and Warehouse prices most often reflect the markdown in price over the retail counterpart at Amazon. See your other incarnations around some other time. :)

it was like $21 at play-asia not too long ago. might still be that price. I got the full trilogy for a bit over $60.

It's been up in the past couple weeks. It's also $30 new from Gamestop this week.
 
Update on the $12 Dark Souls I got for Xbox: I'm getting the crap kicked out of me.. This game is really hard and I'm really bad at it, so that makes it worse. But it's also fun. I just wish I could find more people to summon in game in order to help me out.
 
Got both my Like New NeverDead, and my VeryGood Sly, Sly still had the Vita download(which I'm using right now) and the Neverdead was open, but still not a scratch on it. I know it's not great, but I had fun with the couple of levels I played. As for Sly, is it double achievements or is it just cross platform like MLB?

I wish I could jump in and help you but I'm like level 205 ;). It's definitely one of my top 5 games of all-time. I played the crap out of it and the DLC. Got 1000/1000 achievements, and eventually beat it enough times that I grew a bit tired of it.

But if you want, PM me any questions you have, I can try to help you with some tips.

i really dont think customer support has the power or even a way to do anything like that. the best you might be able to get is a refund or a small credit if you nag them the right way.

I have and I didn't hate it as much as everyone else on the planet. It gets annoying sometimes and all, but most games do, so a shitty mechanic is better than a game breaking bug like I've been finding in a couple of games lately.
 
Got my like new MW3 yesterday. It ended up just being the hardened edition steelcase with the game and manual. Is that considered like new or is there like a slipcover or something missing?

It is just the Steelbook, no slipcover was given with it unless you count the large package that it is stored in.

In fairness to AWD, like-new describes the condition of the product and doesn't guarantee any codes to be unused. It's more like a bonus if you do get one.

I think too many people have delusions of grandeur with AWD and the quality expected. There are several posts here with descriptions of items that people receive that say they got something basically brand new and unopened (with maybe a minor scuff on packaging). This leads many people to expect that as though it is normal. "Like New" really just means excellent condition, but people are expecting "brand new" instead of "like new."

Pretty much every AWD listing now says downloadable content may be used. That's pretty much AWD rookie awareness. That being said, Like New stuff should not be in "Excellent" condition, it should be as new, but opened. That's in Amazon's own seller listing directions. Something in excellent condition should be listed as "Very Good". A lot of what Amazon's listing now as Like New is actually more like Good.

They reseal alot to and people have no clue it was. I order expecting the dlc code being used.
 
It even says in the description that DLC codes may be used. Amazon is really accommodating so I'm sure you will get it exchanged, but it really is bogus if you expected to get both games on the cross-buy with a like new AWD game. It's a risk and you have no right to be upset when you come up empty.
