What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I think you are thinking of that copy of Alan Wake LE that has been perpetually lurking on AWD for a while now. Either way, still is a great game!

There was a vanilla version kicking around that amazon had for $59.99 for some weird reason, despite having the LE for cheaper.

I believe that you can sometimes pick up digital codes from ebay and such for around 10. Granted this was awhile ago so not sure if still valid.

THAT is the same one I returned a month ago that was listed in "Like New" condition (was more of an acceptable condition). Had a dent and some visible scruffs on the steel book. What are the odds!

Yep. Last week we confirmed that it was a CAG copy. The dented edition. :(

It's $179.99 at BBY this week for new, so it's pretty crummy. Especially if you're in a state that pays tax on Amazon anyways.

I purchased one a few months ago. It was listed Like New, but it was in horrible condition. AW also placed an in-house sticker on it & shipped it in a bubble mailer. I would have listed the condition as acceptable at best. I returned it without any problems.

I had a similar experience a couple of weeks back. These copies of ME LE are acceptable at best but you can always return them, in case you feel lucky and want to tempt fate.

not fair i have been waiting mad long to get one from AWD. i guess ima have to wait another few months.

I think maybe on AWD, but $20 at retail by Christmas? If Revelations is any indication, it'll hover around $30, but not dip lower until next year.

Ugh. This 100x. It might be easier if I was staying where I am for Christmas, with a dozen Walmarts in town to thin out the shoppers and several far away from any other shopping, but I'll be going home and there is ONE and it is next to the mall. Everyone will be there.
 
Has anyone seen the Assassin's Creed Vita bundle on AWD? I'm wondering what sort of price I might expect, and how likely it is to even turn up...

There are times that release games appear on the same day it's released.
 
Welp 0-1 so far ass creed 3 u play passport is used already meh game is in pristine condition ok well pristine single player disc wont read on my xbox 360 why damn it

Laser might be dieing on your 360. Sold my friend my 360 for cheap only to find out the laser was dieing. Dirt cheap mind you, but it sucks. Either that or you just got a bad disc.

I've gotten a few bad discs from AWD for the 360. They all appear to be fine but just won't read at all. My 360 hasn't seen much use so I'm inclined to say it's something about the way AWD resurfaces the discs (although I could be wrong).
 
It has to be the disc 360 reads all my other games just fine sent a return request ups picking it up tommorow dont have high hopes for madden and borderlands 2 at this rate

I've experienced "bad" discs before, which were probably resurfaced or had some anomalous defect. I would check to see if the disc works on another console.
 
Has anyone traded in a controller before?

I want to trade-in a fightstick that I don't use and was wondering, since I don't have the box would that be considered good or acceptable condition?

I did try it on both my xboxes it would not recognize the game the mp disc worked fine i wish i could just exchange the disc

What sort of fight stick and how much credit are you getting? You might be able to get a better offer here. Possibly even from me.

It would likely be downgraded to Acceptable if it's missing the original packaging, even if the item itself is in pristine condition
