What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

There was a sale on all Vita MC which was 25% off and an additional 15 or 20%(not sure which one) when you add it to your cart which caused the 32 and 16 to go OOS. Think the additional expired already.
 
Well I got an email today that my 500GB PS3 AC III bundle was canceled due to 'lack of availability'. Thanks, Amazon, for letting me order something you apparently didn't have. -.- Now it's back to the drawing board, I guess...

When did you order yours? I ordered one on Friday and I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. It's expected to be here on Wednesday.

They do that surprisingly often. Another copy of the same bundle will pop up later and get shipped even though the earlier one was cancelled. Apparently the only solution is just to wait for it to come back in stock and order again.

That may have been my fault, Amazon order confirmation at 11:12 AM today EST, there was only 1, not canceled yet. You pay wih credit card, paid mine with amazon credit, faster pay for them?

Thany mayhave been my fault, Amazon order confirmation at 11:12 AM today EST, there was only 1, not canceled yet.

I know many people complain about noise issues. It apparently can be pretty loud. I also see others saying theirs is quiet as a mouse, so may be the luck of the draw. I don't really know either way since I dont own one.

Nah. I ordered mine on Friday. I do believe it probably does have something to do with how many people ordered it at the same time, though. I can't figure out any other kind of explanation. I emailed them about it, but they just gave me a lame excuse, didn't really explain why it happened.

If I'm not mistaken I believe I ordered earlier in the day as there were two of them at the time and I ordered one right before I posted the other on CAG. Who really knows though especially the way that AW has been over the past month or so. It looks like I purchased one around 11:30 AM on Friday and I see that you purchased yours around 6:30 PM Friday.

laser is going bad.

if you feel comfortable opening the console yourself you can adjust the laser yourself with a screw driver.

just look up a guide on how to pot tweak a 360 laser. make sure it's for your drive model. I've done it probably 10 times for friends & family Xbox 360 s and I'd say it fixed the issue at least 75% of the time.
 
yeah my ps+ code was already redeemed, but actually, if you play it right, they will give you $50 refund. so i got 320 gig ps3 for $150 very good. so im not complaining...

Reviews I've read say it looks and feels cheap. The cover tray was a deal breaker for me based on my setup.
 
I recently bought a vita instant game collection bundle and absolutely nothing was redeemed already, with everything inside. but i'd agree not to count on the code being inside.

Yup! Just bought god of war saga only after being notified that the the code has not been used. So unless noted, code has been used.
 
with a 3ds game in Very Good condition, can I expect it to come with the case/manual/etc? maybe missing a slip in there?

It should actually be correct, the old model is now called the Pulse Headset;

The newer one (the one that was on NewEgg for 99 the other week) is the Pulse Elite Headset

Ahhh ok, my mistake. I was thinking only the newer one was called "Pulse" because of that sound vibration thing it has. Don't mind me.. carry on lol.

i said the same thing and used my gift card i had from x-mas. since i wanted the soundtracks. and even 59 for 11 cd's is damn good
after the gift card came to be 9 out of pocket

i doubt you will see street fighter 25th for that cheap again anytime soon considering all the crap you get with it

i bet these are returns from when people decided to buy the item at best buy for 79 dollars before amazon price matched
 
i would imagine so, since you would be missing half of the games, or amazon might give you some of the money back if you decided to keep the set

just chatted up amazon and they told me this "Please don't worry, if you face any issue with the order, please get in touch with us and we will give you prepaid label to return the item"

so i say its worth the risk in my mind =)

i ordered it and cancelled it

fun game but its a major pain in the ass going solo on it it should last you a good 30 to 50 hours if you enjoy these games.

Heads up there is no level up in this game you have to regrind the same maps trying to find items to build weapons and upgrade cards ...

the merenary edit


music cd is okay
monster cards okay
guide is a major joke it shows you nothing


like i said i got one of these back in nov for 33 used

sold off the monster cards for 12 shipped and the rest of the items 6 weeks later for 30 so i broke even

fun game but it will drive you insane
