What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Question: I ordered a like new white PS3 super slim bundle, which came today. I was excited to find that the PS+ code still worked and everything was in great shape. The issue is that apparently the optical drive doesn't work, as I can't get it to read any BRs, 3D BRs, or even DVDs (no disc based PS3 games on hand to test). I guess I have to send this back since I've tried everything, but I already redeemed the PS+ code before I realized the system was damaged. How will this work with Amazon?

I agree you're troubled by having to pack and send the thing back because Amazon Warehouse doesn't check their stuff well enough.

Had that happen to me before on an item that was FSSS and not backordered took a week for it to ship out. Not really sure why it happens it just seems to sometime I'm not sure if calling them would help but could be worth a shot.
I kind of thought when they did it to me it was them trying to get me to purchase prime again since everything would always ship super fast when I had prime haha
 
I thought FSSSSSS was the slowest shipping option? Doesn't seem unreasonable that it's only been 3 days since you ordered and it hasn't shipped yet. If you we're using Prime 2-day, you might have an issue. But I know when my wife orders stuff on her non Prime account, it usually takes 4-5 days just to get sent out.
 
I got my LN Code of Princess today!

Outter box is a little beat up (and has that damned WH sticker on the back), but the game came with the CD! So I am pleased. (Also whoever played it last played it a lot, cause it came with their memory of a level 77 Solange. I deleted it and started fresh, of course, but damn!)
 
Trying to find a good deal on :ps3: Sacred 2. I've had it about a thousand times on Xbox but I'm relatively new to PS3 and I haven't had a lot of luck. Should I just expect to pay $20 for it? See also: CivRev.

I didn't get my confirmation that both of my orders shipped until this morning. As others have said AWD sometimes takes a little longer to get sent out. I don't know why, but I would guess they have more pressing things to send out before the Warehouse deals stuff.

Buy a used copy at GameStop and return the Amazon copy to GameStop when it arrives. :)

Really? How many things have you bought on amazon? Because that's really common with FSSS. All that matters is the delivery date they give. Sometimes they will wait a week to send or the day before the estimated delivery and then ship it with one day shipping. But yea 3 days is normal sometimes much longer

Don't do it, I'm an AC fan, especially AC2. But AC3 was pure shit, total garbage, hated it. They do nothing new and this game was so buggy and poorly designed I can't even begin to express how much people shouldn't support this game until they stop cranking out this garbage every year and actually put some thought back into the series.

And that's being generous...

Whenever I order something from FreeSSS, which I do quite often, it usually arrives between 3-4 days later. Must just be karma this time.

I been looking at bundles at around 220 for the last few weeks... I have not seen them go below that... Maybe I wasn't lucky...

I actually ended up buying an ultra slim ASS CREED 3 bundle at cowboom last week. $175 plus tax so it ended up being less than 200. I thought its a November release so it should work ok and the 1 year warranty with Sony should still be valid right?

no, unfortunately unlike nintendo and microsoft, sony requires an actual NEW item receipt in order to process a repair.
 
my 120gb ps3 slim (has a 250gb harddrive installed now) is acting silly and squaretrade says they can fix it, but just in case they can't, i want to be prepared to know what i need to spend on a replacement.

That is crazy, thanks for the heads up... But how about if I buy a warranty from them? Would they ask for a receipt too?

I guess the reason why I say its crazy its because they know, I know, everybody knows that the system is not older than 4-5 months old, it's impossible for it to be older, and they claim to have a one year warranty on their products...
