F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Here is an example of a like new handheld (PS Vita) - Thanks Slixshot
The DLC should be on disc, at least for the XBox version. If you order the Complete Edition (XBox) from Warehouse Deals, you may not get it - the one I received yesterday was the regular version, though the Warehouse Deals UPC on the back stated it was the Complete Edition :wall: I already returned that copy and ordered another one, though I fear all of them are just mis-marked regular versions.
I recently had the opposite happen to me. I ordered Saints Row The Third when it was (maybe still is) $15.10, and was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be the complete package. \\:D/

Well that depends on your area lol. I don't like dealing with the local village idiots that seem to perpetually dwell on my craigslist.

Wow, nice! Maybe I'll actually receive what I ordered this time around ;)
Bunch of Metal Gear Rising Limited Editions just went up.

I ordered a "Like New" PS3 one last week and it does seem to be brand new. The stickers were broken but the game was shrink wrapped & lamp still had the plastic covering on it. I'm not sure if it was original shrink wrap or re-wrapped by AWD. It did not have the "item may be repackaged" in the description so it may have been from a different lot. Good luck to anyone that takes a chance. I set my expectations low in case I received a broken lamp but am thrilled that I saved $52 on the limited edition. The lamp is really slick too :)

Just got my Like New Perfect Dark. Box is surprisingly good condition and it came with all the factory papers. The cart itself is pristine and works fine. $10 well spent.

Holy crap! I just got my cheap and other games delivered from last week and almost all are flawless unless specified but definitely all are complete. Got:

:wii: Super Mario Galaxy (VG) $9.19 (Came with original case and inserts + club nintendo code)
:3ds: Nintendogs (LN) $10.82 (Came with original case and inserts but no club nintendo code)
:ds: Mario Kart (LN) $10.83 (Came with original case and inserts + club nintendo code)
:ds: Mario Bros (LN) $11.34 (Came with original case and inserts + club nintendo code)
:ps3: Mass Effect 2 (LN) $3.23 (Came with original case and inserts + Online pass code)
:ps3: BlazBlue Continuum Shift: Extend Limited Edition (A) $8.44 (Dinged box but everything else is there and in mint condtion)
:360: Brink (LN) $0.94 (Came with original case and inserts)
:xbox: Just cause (A) $2.31 (Came with original case and inserts)
Best of the bunch is the Arc The Lad: Collection that I snagged for $25.98 in LN condition. Box is pristine, items are untouched and still in original shrink wrap. Wow just wow!

You wasted money on Brink.

Got my like new Pulse Wireless Headset Elite Edition in the mail today.

Box had previously been up but as far as I can tell it was never used. Everything was still sealed. Feel good about the purchase and have been enjoying them all day. :)

Got my "Xbox 360" LN BioShock Songbird edition

Was the statue at least there?

For those looking into a Vita, I received my Acceptable 3G/Wifi Bundle with the 8gb memory card ($147). Everything looks OK except for some tears / tape on the box and a tiny scratch at the batch of VIta itself. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Yup, this is my experience. I was quite surprised to actually receive the packaging, albeit in a somewhat beat-up state. The actual hardware itself only showed minimal signs of wear; probably just a few times where the previous user had trouble plugging in the power cord in the dark. Very satisfied with my purchase.

lol my ps3 mass effect 2 didnt come with a cerberus pack voucher (I didnt think it would). but Gamestop is really nice; they gave me a total of 14 vouchers from their pre owned mass effect 2's (apparently theyre supposed to throw them away anyway)...unfortunately not a single one worked haha. My quest for a voucher code continues.

MY 60gb OG ps3 died today... So.. Should I hold out for a Slim in the warehouse of a super slim? I know it is slightly off topic...but...I miss my OG. Need some Cheap Ass comfort...

PS. Tech support says that for 130$ they can "service it" and if they can't the guy SWEARS he can get me an OG 60gb. Should I trust him? or hold out for a AWD deal.

I'd try cowboom, you can get a Slim for around $150, or cheaper if you wait for a flash sale;)

It doesn't really matter unless you prefer a loading style. Both models allow HDD swapping.
Some God of War: Ascension Collectors Editions are up from $51.xx. Can't decide whether to go for one.
there were several reports that some brand new copies were missing the collectors edition pass. they would be packaged with the standard online pass only. and the only way to get a replacement code was to send a scanned copy of the original purchase receipt to Sony. it is well documented on the GOW forums.

what exactly does the collectors edition pass provide you with?

All future DLC for GOW, basically a season pass I do believe.

I guess it comes down to if the statue is worth the money then.

Craigslist too! I got mine with 5 games, in almost brand new condition for $150

It also gives you the OST and a GoW director's video interview. Double XP for 48 hours of MP which really helps since you level up your characters.
