What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

My like new 360 arrived. Although for a fact I know it wasnt factory NEW, only the game appears to have any sign of use. Which I could care less about. All the wires are still in the wrapping and not a scratch on the kinect or 360, its like I finally got a free Kinect. Great deal so far. This will be my brothers. :D

One more to come. From FedEx of course.  :oldman:

EDIT: Hard drive has no data at all either. Perhaps another sign of being new?

Are the cables still taped up inside the wrapping? If so, I'd say it's new. Even if it's not, sounds like it was used once or twice.

Pretty sure that they send the HDD's back to MS for formatting before reselling them like most places do. I think that's something MS mandates from their partners.

Then again they don't claim to recondition them like some places so who knows.

For me on the gears series, it was gears 1>gears 3>>>gears 2> gears j

gears 1 was about perfect, its glitches were just part of it. 2 was terrible for the first year or two and they FINALLY fixed the horrible lag and bs choices. 3 was polished, and there was nothing bad to say about it. I just enjoyed the first one the best.

I actually enjoyed Judgments campaign. The challenges made it a worthwhile play, esp in coop. The multiplayer really wasn't that bad, but when you go to a HUGE variety and tons of stuff to do in 3, then strip it down to less of an experience than the first game? Something is a bit wrong there. Also, all dat dlc.
 
Just got mine, Good 360 from FedEx.

Not sure what to make of it. The box was sealed, the sticker that said "Do not sell before November 4, 2010" was still intact. So I opened it and it's obviously not brand new.

The console didn't have any kind of foam cover or anything, and some of the cables weren't in packaging, but the av cables were still sealed.

The kinect appears to be unused though, still has the plastic around the cable and the cable is still wound.

Looks like just the controller and 360 were used. Haven't tested it yet but it appears to be all good from the looks.

Just confused about how it was opened, surely Amazon didn't put a new Street Date sticker on it??? The box is dinged up on the corners and what not

My $39 Final Fantasy XIII Special Edition Xbox 360 bundle is out for delivery via UPS. Will post about the condition later and prob some pics.

 
Well two 360's shipped together leads to one heavy box that's as big as any I've ever seen from Amazon.  I could comfortably pack my three year old in it and ship her if I desired.  Haven't gotten to open up the boxes and test the systems but they're in decent enough shape.  Interestingly got two slightly different versions of the 250GB Kinect system.

Regional carrier. You'll also hear people mention Prestige which is one Amazon uses for the Great Lakes region and both are awful.

Not a huge fan of them. They didn't deliver a package to my apartment once (a few months ago) because the idiot delivery driver showed up at 8:30am, an hour after I had left for work and 30 minutes before the leasing office opens. There is an hours sign on the office door, but they didn't bother coming back that day and marked it undeliverable.

I called and they said they would deliver it the following business day (which was a Monday, since my package was supposed to arrive on a Friday)

On Monday, there was no package. I called again and they said there was no apartment number on the package. I verbally told them my apartment number and the rep verified that it was on the package. It was finally delivered on Tuesday.

It was a mess, but unfortunately that's who Amazon chose as their carrier.

Just listen out for something hitting your door. I ordered a tablet and they were the ones handling the delivery. It ended up sitting on the floor in the rain and the box was dented. :| Also they didn't knock.
 
Still don't know what my 360 was about. I posted on the last page that the Street Date sticker was intact and everything but the console and the controller was unused. The Kinect and AV cables were still taped shut.

Oh well, The console was wiped too, had to do the setup process.

Traded it in to gamestop though. $140

I'll trade the Kinect in next week with the Playcation coupon
