What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I'm not as experienced as others in the whole Acceptable copies, but I know a lot of people say that, usually they're damaged but still brand new copies.

Item may come repackaged. Large wrinkle / bend (larger than 1.5 cm)

Man, I ordered a 'like new' Xbox 360 Play & Charge Kit w/ the new d-pad and it just came in today.

I received it and thought it was used till I noticed the sticker seals on the controller box where they normally are and the UPC where Amazon states the condition, it says new. I think they just sold it because the box was damaged.

Controller was new and spotless, play & charge kit was still in its little wire thing.

So, I scored a new controller then, right?

Just in case anybody watches Sega Saturn deals, there is a disc-only copy of Albert Odyssey: The Legend of Eldean with Prime available shipping from third party seller fivedollarcd for $23.97. Considering a VG or LN copy will cost you $80+, this is not altogether a bad deal.

Is amazon warehouse deal selling ps3 games in region 2 for uk? I ordered call of duty mw2 last week, and it is region 2 version. It costs $3 for like new. I can't reload my save in the past because of different regions of the games....I am thinking whether I should return or not....

I've heard there's a program called Brute Save (or something like that) that can rewrite your save files as another region so you won't lose your progress. I haven't used it myself yet, but it might be something to look into if you don't want to return the game.

Hey all... I've been buying a lot of last gen and older games from AWD lately and I've been having a problem with many of these supposedly "Like New" games being in what are obviously cheap replacement cases. I think it's something like 1 in 4 games arrive this way. I contacted CS recently about 4 different games like this and they issued me a promo credit for 10 bucks, but only after I asked for shipping labels to return the games (I found this kind of annoying because they initially said they couldn't do anything about it). Anyway... just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if they find it as lame as I do.

I have, it's only kind of annoying as I have spare OG cases laying around. I didn't complain as it's only 3 or 4 out of about 30+ games.

I guess you got the one I got. All scratched up, missing the GOW games and codes used? I got that one and it was listed as like new.
 
There are a bunch of Like New Crysis 3's for $18.96 (Xbox). I got one for my brother. Sorry I'm not so good at posting links on my phone.

It's probably better to buy it new since the Hunter Edition contains a digital code for Crysis.

My Bioshock Rapture Edition arrived today. Still factory sealed brand new, pleasant surprise it was like 18.25 or something.

I'm sure they have several million of these in brand new condition when they were on sale at BB for 20 bucks and you could flip them for 40 to Amazon during the extra 20 promotion.

Crysis 1 was indeed a pre-order bonus code that was emailed - not packaged inside the case.
